Two cabbies and one PHV driver. I think you're a bunch of no-good drivers with your blatant phone use, all of you. At least the middle cabbie will have had six months of absolutely shitting bullets about the upcoming court case, to discover it didn't end up happening.
The first cabbie will likely have lost his green badge, since I think he took an FPN.
The PHV driver will have had only two weeks of worry until he didn't get an NIP from the police.
