- One of the world’s most well preserved ships has been discovered by scientists 107 years after it sank.
The vessel of Antarctic explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton, the Endurance, was uncovered at the bottom of the Weddell Sea.
Shackleton and his crew were forced to make a heroic escape onto the ice after it crushed their ship and sank it in 1915.
