I haven’t fished the north one but I reckon it’s pretty good too. Big fish swimming in those waters and variety

was out there this past saturday night only landed 31 1/2 red love tht spot

That spot is pretty good. I tried It a couple years back when it was super windy and it provided me with some nice reds
