Overall it would have been quite helpful for me if I hadn't watched the 2.5 livestream. But I would say 17 minutes is a bit long and it is quite obvious that you are also reading the version info for the first time. For next time, I would recommend reading the parts for yourself and then summarizing what you just read in a few sentences. And after the recording is done, you just cut out the dead parts were you are only reading. That should cut down on the video length and make the information a lot more compact.
