Yes, this phone looks really good, but we have to have in mind that this phone is sold with a 5% profit margin, which means that, if this phone was made by Motorola, Samsung, who have bigger profit margins, it would cost like 40% more (arround 420USD, or 360€). Xiaomi is a beast of a company, and they reserve being there, up in the top, more so for this phone, which is going to sell like hotcakes, and one of them is going to be mine, when the Mi A2 comes out. hmmm... the s7 edge is a pretty nice phone... with this one you will get better battery life, a much louder speaker, a better fingerprint scanner, somewhat better performance, and portrait mode for pictures. You will miss the nice screen from samsung

Great value for the money. My next phone will probably be something from Xiaomi. I'm still rocking J7 2016, and it still runs nice, but it's starting to show it's age when I run PUBG, for example. And when I see what "chinese" manufacturers are offering, I feel like I was cheated in some way, only because there are no even basic sensors in J7, and updates are so damn slow. But yeah, Xiaomi looks like a great choice, and that camera just looks amazing, and even moving through UI looks so smooth. Only thing I don't like is lack of a headphone jack, and no Micro SD slot. But those are things I could live without, to be honest. It's definitely a phone to recommend, and as always great review 👍

When you set up the phone to English is all Chinese gone and if you have time can you put up on RUclips how you set up Google Playstore and Google services on the Max3. Definitely. My point was: why fix it if it's not broken? For example I hate the camera bump too. I have the previous version (Android One edition - MI A1 specifically) and I still find it kind of annoying. Also, at the moment of purchase I bought my girlfriend the same kind of phone and the camera glass on hers already broke when she dropped it. It does seem to be a little bit too exposed, so yeah, I agree where I feel like it, but overall that's not a very bad design and I wish the would've rather kept it than addoptin the notch on the MI 8 I belive it is.

the cameras are better on the Mi 6x (aka Mi A2) but if you play games the Pofo F1 is the better phone for you

EIS doesn't yet work in 4K recording in MIUI Camera (max 1080p), but it works in OpenCamera. Don't ask why, I have no idea either.
