@@kidsworld4000 Already you have subtracted spend from revenue, and then why do we divide that value again by ad spend also adding a percentage to it takes us nowhere...
Do you have any insight in helping to calculate ROAS for businesses that are more Lead driven? I typically will ask our clients A) what is the average revenue from a lead generated from our ad B) what they believe their conversion/close percentage is for the leads our ads provide them. Then taking this into account we can provide an estimate of ROAS although conversion/close percentage on leads we provide is out of our control it is not an exact calculation. Do you have any suggestions or insights that we could incorporate or change in our process? Thanks in advance! Great content!
Another great video, thanks Corey. I'm hoping you can help answer a couple of questions. I'm trying to determine what is better for my e-com business -- Target ROAS or Maximizing Conversions. I have high volume but I'm trying to achieve a minimum ROAS of 400%. However, there are some PLA campaigns that generate 200% or less. Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers!
1:53 I totally lost you there…what do you mean by zero percent?😅 I mean, the business makes 10 000 dollars in profit (ROI-method)?? Isn’t this better than the ROAS?
Could you please make a video on how to get approved on Google merchant center? Like its getting crazy I have an address, phone number and a email in the contact. All the links they require and the products all comply with Google but somehow they still either disapprove or suspended my account, mostly for missrepresentation of self or product
i heard that in 1:41 he talked about the example of ROI, 10,000 ads spend plus with 10,000 conditional product (or sth 10k) mean it's 20000 in cost and the ROI formula is revenue-cost/cost so it was 0%
One of the best channels. So underrated
good video ... always remember to account for taxes and returns .... this is 30% minimum .... add in merchant fees and customer service ....
Please let me know if you have any questions about ROAS. Thanks for watching my video!
I have seen in a lot of Videos that Roas= (ad revenue- ad spend)/ad spend * 100.
Could you please help me in understanding which one is correct 🙏
@@kidsworld4000 what?? Even him could not understand what are you saying. Pl check your words
Do you want your percentage to be high or low?

@@kidsworld4000 Revenue-cost/cost is ROI...
I believe you misunderstood ROAS as ROI
Please do a video on conversion strategies. How do I work out CPA on a sold product or a converter lead? Thanks Corey.

Good information.
good
20.000 divided by 20.000 is 1 not zero.
Yes that’s why he said you’re breaking even
