if you travel and are stuck somewhere and need a room, many koreans go to a 24 hour sauna and sleep and shower there for $30 . way cheaper than a hotel room.

Oh I love JEJU! I haven’t gone since the “panorama”! I still have a birthday and Christmas gift card, because my friends and family know that it’s my place of serenity and tranquility!👀 I take a book and stay as close to the 24 hours as possible. I eat, use their tiny workout room, swim, etc. It’s a good time! It’s nice to see a current video! Thank you for this! New subbie!👏🏽❤️ BTW! The ice room is BRUTAL!!!😂 I go to wet area where the hot tubs are, and lay on the infrared area. There are 3 tubs(cool, warm and hot), as well as wet saunas. That’s also where they do body scrubs, and the V-steams are done in a room off of the locker room… in case you go back.❤️
Yes girl it’s all of this for me and more. I love it!! I took a mental health day today and spent close to 24 hours. It was the best and I needed it so bad. The crowd wasn’t bad at all so it was really quiet.
Is it possible to have a good time without any add ons?
I grew up on Jeju Island, South Korea for about 8 years so its really cool to see these types of places in different places. Looks very familiar except the bathrooms in the Korean ones are usually disgusting if the place isn't new.
I love Jeju! My friend and I get the special $120 for a body shampoo, massage, hair wash and facial. Doesn't include the $30 entry fee. If you need some TLC, this is a perfect place y'all! Get the body shampoo!!!
I always bring a spare pair of socks to walk around in... and bring 2 pillows and we spend the night.

The hot tub, showers, infrared lights, some more saunas, and bodycscrub service are all in the naked areas ( not co-ed in those areas)

No cell phone pics or video taping is allowed. That’s why people usually feel more relaxed because those who are regulars or read the signs adhere to proper spa etiquette.

It was the “I was supposed to take my shoes off here but I wasn’t paying attention because I was just trying to get content for my channel” that made me cringe. So disrespectful i’m sure it was not intended but if you’re going to go to a cultural spa you should respect their traditions. Just having a cell phone on you in a spa is counter-intuitive to me but the shoe thing really bothered me on a disrespectful level.
@@ASouthernStrega Yeah, I also sincerely believe she didn’t have any ill intentions. She appeared to be new to the area. The reason why I felt compelled to comment on her page is because unfortunately when I went for a moment to relax, while in the hot tub a young lady whipped out her phone (yes, while in the water and “bukkie nakkie” 😒😏) and began recording herself, however she payed no attention whatsoever to the women in the common areas - (Side Note: Goodness, I wonder if this was her…) 😲😳🫣 Anyway, she was asked to stop filming, women were going off on her (I was one of them 🙅🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️), and well… I’m sorry, I sincerely mean no offense, but the relentless press to gather content during a moment where all patrons/visitors should have some inherent conscientious considerations of the privacy of others, particularly in this type of setting, should not require a tutorial. Gathering content in that type of manner is just not that deep, and I agree, it indeed is disrespectful.
But again, I recognize that the young lady appeared to be new to the area. Hopefully she can appreciate that the initial post was meant
to be constructive and not destructive towards her platform.

How much did you spend in total? Did you only spend $30 or do you pay for things separately?
The $30 is only the entry fee so with food $12-15 and my massage $100 I spent about $145

The hot tub is where people are naked! You have to get naked if you go in that area. Multuple hot tubs & wet sauna.

Asians (koreans specifically) stay making big profit off of us (ADA), with that said im planning on going there lol.
Definitely similar to when i was in seoul but there it was very crowded.
