The fact mid turret stood at the end of the game with over half HP that ENTIRE game is something special.
According to the dev's notes, the grubs are indeed more powerful than the herald, the idea was to remove the big amount of damage in a single hit and replace for a bigger amount of damage in a longer timeframe
But its way too impactful compared to something like herald or baron, which only serve as temporary empowerments. Like Zwag said, grubs buff should either fall off in the late game or be nerfed a bit. Otherwise the team with the most early game grubs has a gigantic advantage.
Grubs are great, but they definitely should fall off after 20 mins or when all tier 1s are dead. Prob after 20 mins, cause having void grubs for sieging inhib turrets and nexus turrets? Waaay too OP
Imo they arent that strong. People are just hyped and overeact cause its a new think. On 3 stacks when you start hitting a turret you can see ho many dmg it does via white number and it isnt much. When I chunk turret to half hp that passive usually do like 200hp which is nothing. Thats like 5 aa
@@adyon4047 but it is such an strong advantage early gane considering its true damage at a state in the game where turret plating is active, it can be such an early game economy boost
Yes but you aren't explaining the actual issue with old herald. In the higher ranks you would choose herald over drag since you can snowball a lane so easy with it. This caused everyone to fight over herald the second it spawned. It was a very bad design

Hubris is actually correctly pronounced like you did (húbris) with the mark pointing to the syllable that is louder. It is an Ancient Greek word. In Greek (ύβρις) Hubris means (when you do something that is above your mortal strength acting like a god and thus worthy of a god's wrath or punishment. Please like the comment so Zwag will see it!
from what I understand, lethality gives flat armor pen this season.. against a team without any armor, 3 lethality items means true damage anyway, no need to build more.. I would instead buy 3 lethality items, one of em being collector, then IE and BT so the ult damage scales with the insane ad those items give, plus the crit scaling

The Mord support is starting to work extremely well. Support burn item, slow staff into riftmaker.... if you dont need resists grab leo burn and shadowflame or cosmic. Ive ran same build on nasus except for slow. But when you ult your melting everyone near you. I almost wonder if going 2 support items bot lane can work... maybe the no jungle comp is worth going again, or at least start in jungle for buffs and move between top and mid.
The lethality hydra… you have to try that on top, that damage is crazy. I build that on Riven yesterday, in mid game the active deal 600+ damage.

Imo quickblades would be good with lethality as well for more ult and q dmg
collector, axiom arc, PD, infinity edge, quickblades, BT or mortal reminder. lethality and crit, with quickblades, you can double dip in crit damage bonus.
the normal game mode feels fun to me again before it felt boring because I couldnt deal any damage, so I like the unbalanciness alot it makes the game more fun for me

If I remember correctly they changed it to add more power to her traditional adc build since everyone was building lethality. Maybe they'll reduce it to 4 soon 😮

"lethality Hecarim isnt good" Dantes begs to differ, just seen him destroy with lethality. Problem with Hecarim is that people dont know how to build items and runes on him.

lethality ("please entern champ name here") is so broken!
LDR is always better than any combination of lethality items.
Late game people have around 100 base armor or more...just the LDR takes a huge chunk of that, more than 2 lethality items
30% of 100 is 30. LDR is better than two lethality items vs at least 122 armor, of which it penetrates 37 against the 36 of two 18 lethality items.

ldr is always best late since it helps lethality even more even if they got 200 armor that 35% is equal to 3 and something items of lethality+ the crit damage scaling you will shred everything like butter
and let's not forget about the bonus damage on very high hp champions on top of everything

@adameves5970 there's no more 10 lethality items, the lowest you can get is 15 now
the truth is this build doesn't really work from gold and above ranked. tried it in 5 different games ranked and always lost. the energized and attack speed is more versatile
