Sounds awesome! Way better than my drone from straight pipes! I’d much rather have an exhaust system than the straight pipes that came on my Z when I bought it.
So SO MUCH better than the stock exhaust🔥
The standard exhaust was always the most disappointing thing with the 370z Nismo.
Problem is you'll be getting worse mpg now as you'll be holding the revs in lower gears all the time to hear that lovely VQ😜👍
Did you ever put the high flow cats on? My Invidia will be in tomorrow and I was thinking I might need to do that as well so curious if you’ve made it there yet. Digging the build

I haven’t put it on yet as the Z is in storage (winter season), once spring time comes and the Z is out… I’ll be installing it!!
Nice!! I just saw this, I’m getting my Gemini put on tomorrow, swapping out a tomei for it. It’s too loud right now but I’m worried this won’t be loud enough.

Is it louder than the stock?
It’s definitely louder than stock. But not obnoxious loud by any means.
I would say it’s the exhaust the car should have came with from factory.. think OEM+
@@Bodmonkevin100% agree, I have this exhaust on my G37 and I think it’s perfect. Louder than stock, but not obnoxiously loud. Something like the 370Z Nismo or G37 IPL should have sounded like this from the factory

Pair it with lth or test pipes and it opens up

Yes stock cats!
Will be installing a set of Hi-Flo cats this summer though.
Is it the v1 or v2 invidia exhaust?
To be really honest I don’t know, I didn’t even know there was a V1 & V2.
It was ordered directly through Invidia, so I’m assuming it would be the latest V2 🤷🏻♂️
If it is the V1 it has separate resonator tubes just before the Y pipe join, if it’s V2 it has a single resonator box which the two downpipes feed in to.
It would be good to know which one you have since the V2 is meant to be slightly quieter! Great video.

Judging from @scottbrown4142 description I’d say it’s a V1. It’s got the two resonators before the Y pipe.
