Good tutorial. I am a beginner so I did have to rewatch almost every step over and over again till I got it right. And mine doesn't look as good as yours. But most of your hand movements were very clear.
This is a great video! But I don’t think it’s a 5mm cord they’re using. I bought a 4mm cord and it’s still to big. I think a 4mm cord would have been better.

I just made the strap, it took me just over 3 hours as an experienced macrame artist- but I did double mine to make it longer.
