  • Planned Obsolescence is an issue in our society with goods that could previously last for generations being manufactured instead to last for a few years. It creates a constant cycle of buying and fills our land fills with technological junk. Guitars for the most part do not suffer from this but as our amps and pedals among other things rely more on technology, their life span shortens and planned obsolescence becomes a concern. Chris and Cooper examine how this becomes a problem and what items would most be affected.
