I’m an Aquarius and this is all flipped. I used to tell my friend I felt like one of those puppies that were abused and when people tried to be nice to me I growled, but still wanted to be cared for, but scared, confused, angry. He really has approached me in a sensitive, but firm way and he’s not lied to me, he’s reassured me regularly. I tried to run off a few times and it wasn’t really him, but it’s going better now. Just getting more comfortable with him and more of myself. He’s been really patient with me and gentle. Like really shows me he cares, makes sure I’m taken care of, protected, treats me like I matter.
This would be a dream come true. He's everything a woman could want, and we just clicked together like puzzle pieces from day one. He lives close by, but he travels extensively for work, so it very much has a long distance vibe, which gives us both plenty of space while still connecting every evening. And every time he gets a few days at home, things pick up right where we left them, but he's very careful to catch himself when he notices that his guard is down. I just smile and continue on being my goofball self. I'd love for him to open his heart a little more, and being patient is a struggle sometimes, but he's come a long way in the five months we've been dating. I won't wait forever though. If he can't see that I'm a safe space for him to let his guard down by now...

This resonated with me. I'm an Aquarius dealing with a Scorpio. He has an ex wife Leo and 2 kids with her. So he has to deal with her due to the kids. She does tend to interfere. Her ex is in the penitentiary, and he tried to have her take the charge for him, and she actually tried to do that. But the courts saw through his BS and now she is in a program which she had to go through twice because of his BS. She is amazingly resilient and focused on her future which I find absolutely beautiful. She has lost a lot along the way.

The hole where my heart use to lay is going cold, not depleted, but cold. Like love never existed in me. The soulmate/twin flame came made damn sure I knew that I was a fool to believe in love; that love did not exist and was not worth it - that I wasn't worth it. I don’t know what to do now. I am really happy. She unblocked me, but now I am more. Nervous and torn on how I should move forward.
