EA now a days solely focuses on micro transaction based online play. They offline career and manager mode has been ignored completely with little to no improvements for offline players. As an offline player, it is a disappointment for me and this year's EA FC 25 has been a stinker as well!
A fair ranking! I would have put Cricket 24 higher if the game had proper weather settings, DRS cutscenes, ability to play sweep shots in Arcade controls and obviously better fielding mechanics.
I was tempted to put Cricket 24 above Cricket 19 as I like the gameplay better. But the lack of DLS for the second year running and community issues along with still not 100% fixed fielding made me push it back a bit. Maybe should have been 3 but was touch and go for me

Hi Bro I just wanted some advice. So Basically I am bowling in cricket 24 with Pro Controls but on medium difficulty and I have been bowling on Medium difficulty for a year or just under and I now find it a bit easy so I tried moving to Hard and tried playing a T20 with it and I bowled ok but still gave a lot of no balls. So, do you think I can change the bowling control and Bowl on Hardest or shall I Try bowling on Hard with Pro Controls.
No ball is happening probably because the time to press down on landing has decreased and you are missing it. I mean you are not able to hit it before it touches the RED mark. Try creating a custom slider and try to play around with the timings of landing. It might help. Player model wise and over all gameplay wise, I like Cricket 24 better though. But DBC 14 will always be my number 1.
Hey Rahul I think Cricket 22 is far more better than Cricket 24. There is no much difference between them, rather focusing on license they could have focus on gameplay aspects like improving bowling mechanics fielding system and batting controls. So my final verdict is cricket 22 is better than cricket 24. Wasting 3k for Cricket 24 and there are lots of bugs and glitches which is not to be in high cost game. What's your opinion?
AS i have mentioned in my comparison video previously, I believe Cricket 24 is a slightly enhanced version of Cricket 22. Yes, the pricing may not be worth the upgrade, but apart from licenses, the things that I love about Cricket 24 are visual pitch degradation and the broadcast dynamic camera angle. The community is a big mess with logo corruption which made me rank it below Cricket 19 along with lack of basics like DLS system, unrealistic body shapes of players and over all lack of excitement in vibe especially for a sports game in 2024. I have put in 1000 hours in Cricket 22 and yes, it is a solid game as well. I say nothing much to differentiate as Cricket 22 also had big issues like AI's complete inability to play spin in tests and extremely lethargic fielding at boundary.
