I had to purchase everything she performed and the soul of Loreena's music connected our relationship at the deepest levels a human can ever hope for. During that time I wrote to Loreena and asked her to perform in our city. Then complications outside of our relationship made it impossible to continue. It was one of the most bittersweet times of my life, being so deeply in love as soulmates, and having it ripped from us but also experiencing Loreena's music. For a time, I could not listen to Loreena's music. I found out Loreena had lost her own lover in a tragic boating accident around that same time. I feared she would not perform after that time. I saw Loreena in Toronto in 2007. The haunting and beautiful moments that night stuck with me to this day. The music brings tears, longing, love of life. I dare say that night changed me. I accepted me and feelings I had buried. Thank you, Loreena, for that night.
My little sister died on14. December last year by suizid at the age of 32. I ´ve burried her body on 23.December . She really like this song and Loreenas Music. I had no idea who the artist or the song name was, so I went on the net in 99' and searched LOTS of music until I found the song! It was like finding buried treasure. It's always baffled me why she isn't more well known. My heart has hardened over the years, but her music is my only reminder that I still have one left.
I am a French classical music performer. I have seen Loreena’s concerts whenever she was on tour in Paris and I wouldn’t miss one. I enjoy the cellist too. Another great personality as it seems to me. You become instantly attached to these guys. For some crazy reason, I can’t help listening to their music especially in winter and all along the Holiday season. I find it even more inspiring then. She makes pure beauty come true. I discovered her music when i was 16 and have been a fan of Loreena for almost 22 years now, i can never get tired of her voice. When i listen to her music I close my eyes and let my imagination go free, and can visualize the stories she sings about. In 2008 i finally got to she her in concert when she came to Salt lake city. I remember i teared up when i entered the concert hall and cried when she came on stage. I hope that i can see her again some day.

This song and one other helped keep me together when my husband and I were waiting out a long five years. She is amazing. We just saw her in concert Monday night, second time since 2017.

The first song I remember from Loreena was Mummer's Dance, which I heard on the local radio. I had no idea who the artist or the song name was, so I went on the net in 99' and searched LOTS of music until I found the song! It was like finding buried treasure. It's always baffled me why she isn't more well known. My heart has hardened over the years, but her music is my only reminder that I still have one left.

I am a French classical music performer. I have seen Loreena’s concerts whenever she was on tour in Paris and I wouldn’t miss one. I enjoy the cellist too. Another great personality as it seems to me. You become instantly attached to these guys. For some crazy reason, I can’t help listening to their music especially in winter and all along the Holiday season. I find it even more inspiring then. She makes pure beauty come true. Strange and strong poetry ironically, though. Although she is for real, you’d think her fellow musicians and herself just fell off Heavens. Melancholy and warmth at the same time. Absolutely beautiful.
A close friend of mine introduced me to Loreena’s music. At first, it just tickled, then it wrapped me entirely. Thank you so much for helping me drop some attitude in life. You are making a difference !

I discovered her music when i was 16 and have been a fan of Loreena for almost 22 years now, i can never get tired of her voice. When i listen to her music I close my eyes and let my imagination go free, and can visualize the stories she sings about.
In 2008 i finally got to she her in concert when she came to Salt lake city. I remember i teared up when i entered the concert hall and cried when she came on stage. I hope that i can see her again some day.

The music has a sentimental value to me. It reminds me of good times and someone who is no longer alive. I used to listen to the song daily before and after meeting my beloved one who has parted away. I hope they rest in peace. Lovely song❤
