Whereas me, I watch out what I consume, eat lotsa green, vegetables, other healthy foods u name them and drink tons of water, but my skin is still oily and breakouts sometimes *sigh*.
even with bad genetics you can still have flawless skin, just don't be lazy, also it's not always healthy food, it's exercise and massage, it's hydrating and the right creams and tonics for your skin. Oily skin is the most problematic skin, you need masks, special creams and different other rules to follow. I also have oily skin, but it's perfect because I follow the rules. My genetics are not good at all, all my relatives have problems with their skin, not only the face but also the body skin and they always ask me what I do with it. I always tell that I am just simply not lazy. Special massage in the morning with cold fresh water, not eating just some water with lemon, then cleansing tonic etc. Same things but according to the time at lunch and evening. Every Time it's different, because the skin during the day is different. The results are worth it. And I have to say I don't really eat that healthy. It's not real, even healthy food can be bad for you if it's not balanced. Once you ingest the correct vit and min, the fatty and non fats, water balance then you'll be fine.
See my mom looks 7/10 and my dad 5/10 so not so good genes but i have really great skin and everything except for my dmile my smile is kinda of 6/10 but many people have rated my looks 10/10 so it doesnt matter and bro this is not just to cheer u up but this is yrue so man cmon no worries
