Well, that's the first time I ever heard of an insurance company not insuring a vehicle. My friend did a buyback on his that was totaled, he only carries collision coverage now. Maybe nowadays they are trying to make people buy new cars. Dealers I know both new and used sales are bad right now. Many of my friends are only working 4-day weeks. One is closing one of his dealerships and they are dropping prices to try and make sales at the one he has left. Carmax has so many cars and trucks that they are coming out of their ears, but prices are still too high. Good luck.
What do you mean your insurance won't insure your Lexus? Are they trying to force us into EV's like this now? Or are they trying to get you into new debt on a less reliable shorter lived vehicle. After all, NEW cars mean FULL insurance. I keep liability only on my 22 year old, very good condition car. F them.
