Aussie schools dont have school lunch system like you and the UK. As my kids got older they made their own lunches to take to school every day!! And snacks for recess time. Imagine that. But it's the way of Aussie education system. We're into summer now so our school year starts 29 January
Could it be that you are confusing sadness with depression? You live in a high-cost state. You have found it difficult to find a home that will work for your family - size and price. You seem to struggle to find something that you can do to contribute to the household finances. Your lifestyle has changed significantly since leaving LWLA Any one of those could cause sadness. I noticed when I ate process food dairy being one my depression was bad we really are what we eat.i eat clean me and wow what a difference 😊
