2024-10-20 Green Mountain Trail

Leaves are starting to drop with Fall temperatures in the air. Hopefully we will get some nice Fall colors in the coming weeks. The new Green Mountain Trail was just finished this year. It is two miles up the West side of Green Mountain from the Astalot Trailhead up to the Riverview Trailhead. The forest is extremely dry for this hike with severe drought conditions making it very rough for all the deer and other wildlife.
