Could you do a version of the Sun Salutation for those of us with limited space? I live on a narrowboat, and I really need to 'loosen out' my body. I don't know if you have any brilliant ideas? Hi Des, probably you counted 14 ( right side 7 + left side 7). One round of Sun Salutation includes both right and left. Probably you counted a half round as one :)
