Isn't a 233 MMX going to be overkill for 90% of Windows 3.1/DOS-era games? So many were coded to use much slower processors, so they will run unplayably fast. Something like a 486 would be a lot more appropriate.
yeah, i used the same machine with less memory and a pentium with 75 frequency and it ran fine!

Love that the whole Windows 3.1 install is on a CD ISO file and the file is only 8.4MB. Do you also have ISO file for 3.11 and/or 3.11 for Workgroups?
PCem doesn't find D: unit, I don't know why. "Invalid drive specification" shows.

figured it out by myself how to install the cd-rom driver.
Step one, load cd-rom img
Step 2.... type a: then type...setup.bat (not setup.exe)
Step 3...remove the image from your drive..restart and tadaaaaa

So i installed MS Dos 6.22 on the main 86Box perfectly. I didn't know about 86Box manager at first. Now i am trying to add windows 3.1 through 86Box manager, but i am getter hard drive or disc failure error after the hard reset section. What i am doing wrong?, i even tried to do a clean install but my save settings keep coming back.
You skipped the installation of the cdrom driver. Where does it get installesd?
