If patient become healthy and want to go home, but the hospital staff won't let him leave. They are just charging unnecessarily cost/fees to raise the bill. Then what should he do.?
Good Question. i am also expecting the answers .
They can always leave against medical advice. That's called LAMA. Another option is to go for a second opinion with another doctor from other hospital. It is better to get second opinion where you have doubts.
Can a complainant ( on ongoing complaint against Dr on dental negligence in state council ), can ask for certified copy of o line hearing with complainent, dr.? If so ,please share the process.

I'm currently in the hospital recovering from knee replacement surgery that took place on April 23rd. Initially, the doctor estimated my discharge by April 29th, but due to complications with the wound on one leg, additional stitches were needed on April 29th. Despite this, the wound hasn't healed properly, and the process had to be repeated, with a new estimated discharge date of May 6th. Now, I've been informed to wait an additional 3-4 days.
When I was admitted on April 22nd, the doctor provided an estimated cost of 2.80 lac, covering all medical expenses. However, I'm now being asked to pay for medical bills separately. I'm uncertain about the legality of this request, especially considering the initial agreement on the total cost. What steps should I take in this situation?

Hospital maintains a case file for each patient and all records and investigation are maintained. Patient or attender can request for a copy of this file for second opinion from other doctors. On a daily basis a patient or attender during meeting hours can see the reports of patient and ask doubts to doctor.

सर मेरा बच्चा हमारे गांव के हॉस्पिटल में हो रहा था मेरे बच्चे को बहोत सीरियस कर दिया उनोने बच्चे की हालत खराब की ओर मुझको बोले की बाहर देश के डॉक्टर आए तो भी तुमारे बच्चे की गेरेंटी नही लेंगे सर चार दिन में गलत इलाज के कारण बच्चे का पल्स 55/75 पर आगया पर भी दूसरे हॉस्पिटल में एडमिट करने नही दे रहे थे पर हमने नाशिक के हॉस्पिटल में एडमिट कराया और बच्चा टिक होगया और मेडिकल वाला हॉस्पिटल का है मैं चार दिन हॉस्पिटल था मैने हॉस्पिटल के दवाके सारी पर्ची के फोटो निकल लिए थे तब मै दवाई लता था मैने सिर्फ सात बार दवाई ली और मजको 13 पर्ची के बिल बेजा मैने उनसे कहा की आपके सीसीटीवी फुटेज देके तो बोलते ही की फुटेज डिलीट हो गया हे मुझको उनपे केस करु या कोन से अधिकारी से उनकी शिकायत करु
