I always wonder what the fastest speed run time could be. In terms of hitting every manip first try, all battles finished in the shortest amount of turns (battle rng is 100% in your favour always), no bonks in the over world etc. Can there be a simulation done or something

Sapphire is dump especially the frame perfect rng manipulation for catching Kyogre is dump and unfair AF.

Genuine q: if it’s a 20% chance a perfect run fails, what are roughly the odds to get a record run with perfect/near perfect decision? With odds that high is it not folly as you’d need hundreds if not thousands of hours before you’re able to express a skill difference?

Because of Kyogre. Kyogre is simply much better in the endgame than Groudon.
