Probably the most annoying oversight would be that the Deagle shares .50 BMG ammunition, which is really annoying when you want to have some prolonged fun with the pistol while also having a .50 Sniper Rifle, but then again I did a mainly M60 only playthrough, èven with minimal deagle usage it was still Payne in the ass kind of annoying bug.
@@venommagnus I guess it was just easier to code and program it this way, but then again why add soo many ammo types, what hurt them just to add 50. AE with the capacity of mby 120 bullets like previous FC 3 and 4. Game devs just being lazy I guess...

But even when playing super cautiously and only shooting headshots left and right without missing shots, you still run out of ammo pretty quickly 10/25(50.) èven with the Sniper efficiency perk or whateva it'a called, it's still low ammunition count

I’m going to go out on a limb here and assume the peggies have incorrectly assembled their ARs, because the AR can do that with the bolt catch and fail to hold open if multiple things go wrong, that would include using a worn out magazine, installing the bolt catch spring backwards, and also having out-of-spec parts Also the GM6 should hold 5 or 6 shots if I remember correctly

The PB in-game is integrally suppressed, it's just that they haven't screwed on the second part of the suppressor, the chunky part of the gun that's part of the frame and envelops the barrel is the first part of the integral suppressor. PB suppressor, if i remember correctly, doesn't use baffles but something similar to a mesh, also, when shot without the second part of the suppressor, the gun's noise isn't very different from a normal Makarov. this was done so that the gun could be concealed without the full length of the suppressor, so in theory it's an integrally suppressed gun that, needs an external suppressor to actually make a difference big enough. edit: It's definitely a weird execution for something that's ideally an integrally suppressed gun
I don’t care so much about left-handed weapons as I do being able to choose how my character holds their weapons. I am right-hand, but left-eye dominant, so I can shoot pistols right-handed fine, but my left hand is definitely on the trigger for rifles and long guns.
As someone who owns a VHS-2 (Springfield Hellion), there are a couple more inaccuracies. 1. Technically you could shoot the gun with both ejection ports open (the gun is ambi with switchable ejection ports on each side), but that could be dangerous, and also opens up another ingress point where dirt and shit could get into the action. 2. That same ejection port cover wouldn't flop around loose like it does ingame, it has a coil-spring and rod similar to a AR pattern rifle's dust cover. 3. The bolt/boltcarrier is visibly in battery, even when it should be locked back on an empty magazine.

Its a gameplay balancing thing more than anything. That gun is literally a one shot pocket sniper gameplay wise so they couldn't just have it use normal pistol ammo.
I would love to see you do Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 for the PC. It gets a lot right with guns, as well as some wrong. You can even fire the gun if necessary when reloading a partial mag and it has a different reload animation for it as well. If you do, there are some hidden weapons that can be modded in for single player use, I made my own mod that does this and I can share it with you if you decide to. A couple of weapons are hidden behind a few updates. If I remember correctly, the hidden weapons are these: G36C (present in multi-player, but can be modded into single player.) RPG-7 (present in single player, but not easy to attain.) Suppressor for G18 (in a specific multi-player mode, but can be modded into single player. M240G (update necessary) M1014 (update necessary)
You can open the M60s top cover without pulling the bolt back first, but you cant close it without doing so, otherwise it would damage the inner workings
some things you glossed over, the sa-50 incorrectly holds 8 rounds instead of 5, the 6p9's magazine always has a round in it even after emptying the gun, the .308 carbine incorrectly holds 5 rounds instead of 3, the mg42 would not function as it has no stock and therefor no buffer tube, with a scope equipped on the .308 carbine you can for some reason see the ejected casings fly Infront of the scope, both the m9 and p226 incorrectly hold 10 rounds in a 15 round magazine, and although you can technically put a "sniper scope" on the desert eagle like you can in the game, it would most likely melt off from the heat.
The M9 and P226 actually can come with 10 round magazines. (Particularly Canadian Variants). The Desert Eagle's melting scope would probably be too circumstantial. The MG42 does still have it's buffer assembly but it's welded shut without the stock (Yes it's possible but not recommended.) You can see it on the rear that the buffer assembly is still present.
True. This is not military style game like ArmA, Metal Gear, Battlefield, or Call Of Duty. Far Cry, The Last Of Us, and other games put the player in the civilian side of humans in this world .(I.E Law Enforcement like Police Officers/ Sheriffs Office or Deputies or just normal civilian gun owners in the US or other countries like you and me that will be dead in 2111. Forget that last part.)
It also pisses me off how ALL weapons sound like they're made of plastic, I've heard a Lynx being deployed irl, and it has a loud metallic CLANK, not whatever this was, also why does the RPG-7 have the same sights as the AR-C? it's weird to see them sideways
4:51 - that's actually not a PMAG, but VHS-2 proprietary magazine (an example can be seen on manufacturer's website). Can't find any pics of it online without the rifle so I can't say if it is modeled 100% correctly, but what is definitely incorrect is that it is not transparent. EDIT: or maybe it is not even incorrect since one of the pics on IMFDB has an opaque magazine, albeit without mag clamps

Weird take, but I would have prefer it if Far Cry 5 had a customization system like in Metro Exodus. A lot of the guns are essentially the same with the difference being barrel lengths.
Far cry 7 need to be better than mw2019. Damn they need to innovated the animation and gameplay. Been stuck with same gameplay mechanics since far cry 3 and bring back first person cutscene.
Reusing assets. It's a combination of general laziness (Which, hey, is normal) and just continuing to use what you have to hand. It's kind of like a car company continuing to use the shell for a key fob from 2015 on a car from the current model year.
Original Final model AK 47s are milled (you can see a large rectangle shape above the magwell) while the AKM is Stamped (a small rectangle above the magwell). Majority of Stamped have ribbed dust covers (still may vary based on model). Original AKs also have a slightly different stock and lack the muzzle found on the AKM
they really made a terrible job with the weaponry in FC5... what the hell they were thinking at Ubi? first they made stupid choices which doesn't make sense, in a place in which we would unlikely see those overseen guns, in US countryside, like a SPAS12 (while a Striker , a Remy 1100 or that rotary shotgun which appears in FC6 i forgot the name would fits more the setting), Bizon instead of a Calico SMG , a Deagle instead of a Wildey or a Auto-mag and a Kalash while there's AR15 variants in 7.62mm, also too much of MP5 variants (the MP5K would be enough , for a suppressed SMG i would've liked a Grease gun or a Sig-Sauer MPX), they put german WW2 weapons for no good reason instead of Thompson , Bar , Winchester rifles etc also why a weird CZ rifle while a Remmy 700 variant would suffice? as well a a Remmy , Ithaca or Mossberg shotgun instead of a Baikal shotgun? it's really a big shame because i never dared to buy most of these guns during the game. i don't understand why they messed up that aspect of the game. it's a shame , i liked that game , but i played it mainly for its story and country vibes , not for the shootings. really a big waste of potential.

You can center the reticle on the screen in the options, which also raises the viewmodel of the weapons naturally without breaking the animations

Another reason to hate Ubisoft, this is absolutely trash, considering they still try to sell this game for a whole ass 40$ when its literally worth not even 2 cents, the story sucks, the arcade map editor was SUCH a letdown. The weapons are ass, like what else did we need for them to kill a series? Oh yeah, all that work went into making bullets appear to be backwards when shot, lmfao

@Freesmart The world dont get nuked . Its only America which get nuked . And farcry 6 pagan dlc confirms it as pagan launched the nuke .
@@kuriankeralaIndia Pagan didn't really launch the nuke cause at the end of fc4 he was either killed or let Ajay be the new king, he even says it at the end of the FC6 dlc and let's however Ajay uses the nukes. Not saying he launched the nukes though..willing to bet it was either Amita or Sabal depending who you let live in your playthrough of FC4
