it's sad that most people have not actually eaten fresh TOFU.. what they usually eat is 3-5 days old tofu that gets hard .. so its understandable why many people don't like it.. luckily there's a tofu factory near my house so i got to eat freshly made tofu and its different variants also
Jin logo ko tofu banana aur khana nahiaata they say ki yeh gatta h I cook it and before cooking we should marinate it for about 1 day in masalas like tandoori masala ,turmeric,salt, 2 table spoon vinegar,dhaniya power,1/2 tea spoon oil and some kasuri methi So it will absorb that masalas And after a day u can grill it on tawa or tandoor So u can enjoy this with some cashew cream(15kaju +some water blended in mixer) and some more roasted tandoori masala with some more kasuri methi roasted on pan And add lemon juice and now u can enjoy this with your pudhina chutney and roti ❤❤❤ My fav recipe Tofu is❤
