I don't really know much about Bannerlord, but is it possible to destabilize a city in order to trigger a revolt by rebels? That way, you can attack a rebel city rather than a faction city, you won't anger anyone, and you can have your first fief. Since Quraz seems to be in Vlandian hands, destabilizing that city would be ideal. I don't know how you can do that, though... or even if it's possible. Could you maybe buy all the food in a city, wait outside the gates and intercept every caravan and buy up all their food before entering, and starve that city?
I honestly stink at this game... the fighting system is just too weird for me. The army fighting is easy enough, but my own combat is just trash. I'll have to see if I can figure out your system of "Kick, Overhand Strike, Swing at the side, Repeat"... maybe I can make it work.

Not sure on the deliberately destabilising a city to make it revolt I will have to look into that! If I was my own kingdom I would not have had the negative impact to my influence, that happened as I was part of a kingdom and committed an act of war on a faction we were not at war with. Once a town has rebelled they become their own faction.
Everyone sucks at a game when they start, put the difficulty on the lowest setting and turn the option on for reduced damage to the main character then find a tournament. Drop a save and do the tournament win or lose reload and play it again, do that to build up your confidence in fighting 😊

@@KnightlyPlays-qn6du Sad to say that I DID have my settings on the lowest level. LOL. I put about 15 hours into the game before finally giving up. It's fun to watch other people play, but man... that combat is just too weird.

as for the loyalty thing, I think raiding the bound villages reduces loyalty; thinking of the things causing low loyalty of towns I own , nearby bandit bases are one so I would refrain from attacking a base near somewhere you are trying to make rebel
