Just got one of these less than 3 weeks ago.
Never made bread a day in my life.
Great little machine.
Had to order a set of kitchen scales for more consistent results.
Def helps. ✌

After 28-30 minutes add beep will sound that is when you can remove paddle so no large hole is made in bread. And the beep is telling you to add whatever you want fruit or nuts.

Do you remove the kneading blade before baking?

let me know how it works for ya, I've gotten other products from zojirushi but just wondering if its worth the $400 investment
