I think the gov't gets pretty indignant at such criticism & might've counter-accused the critics of "sowing ill-will & discord between different groups in society" & "undermining trust in law enforcement/government/institutions"
This riot training is what we called Civ Pop (civilian population) in the British Army. They get another army unit in and give them loads of alcohol for a few days and then it all starts. There no holding back and some folks get taken away in ambulances. And when you go on active duty, the riots in the other countries are quite lame compared with the training.
Make sure they want to be known as security but yet they allow Invaders in their country and they do not remove them with expensive force and if they say un a living them. You seem like they're failing horrendously at their job with allowing their government sending so many Invaders
