FFXIV Housing: The Duck Pond

Located on Crystal Data Center and Balmung Server in Goblet Ward 27 and Plot 27; this small house was requested as an 'undersea theme'. I took some creative liberty and made a Pirate Ship in a lagoon for the first floor and an Allagan Atlantis below in the basement. I even threw a modest yard and simple playlist too.
