No matter how hard I work and how much I care about people, I've never seen even a fraction of it returned. Nobody loves me. It's such a comforting song, and yet it hurts because nobody has ever wanted me. No matter how bad I want others. Maybe it's the way I look. Maybe it's the way I'm viewed. At least I have this song though. Makes me feel like someone cares. Maybe there is hope for me, maybe not. I have my guitar and my songs, maybe that's all I need right now.
