    WALNUT CAKE
    6 eggs
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup walnuts
    1 and ½ cup flour
    1 packet baking powder
    1 tablespoon butter for greasing the pan
    0.5 tsp cinnamon
    0.5 tsp clove (optional)
    1 pinch salt
    SYRUP:
    2 cups sugar
    3 cups water
    1 vanilla stick and some lemon peel
    1 cinnamon stick
    Put all the ingredients in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
    INGREDIENTS FOR THE CREAM:
    1 litre fresh milk
    200-220 gr sugar, depending on desired sweetness
    90 gr all-purpose flour, sifted
    10 gr corn flour
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    4 egg yolks (small-sized fresh village eggs)
    30-100 gr butter
    1 pinch salt
    200 ml heavy cream (35% fat), cold
    some walnuts for sprinkling

    Place the cake in the fridge for 5-6 hours to cool and set.. The longer it stays in the fridge, the better it will become.
    Take the cake out of the fridge and enjoy!

    3 cups of water
    1 vanilla stick and some lemon peel
    1 cinnamon stick
    Put all the ingredients in a small saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.
    For the cream:
    1 litre fresh milk
    200-220 gr. sugar depending on how sweet we want it
    90 gr. all-purpose flour, sifted
    10 gr. corn flour
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    4 egg yolks
    30-100 gr. butter
    1 pinch salt
    200 ml. heavy cream (35% fat) cold
    Some walnuts for sprinkling
    Put the cake in the fridge for 5-6 hours to cool and for the cream to set. The more time it stays in the fridge, the better and tastier it will turn out.
