Hi there, thanks for making this video. Because dyes from the cartel market are pricey and one-time use, can I apply a dye to a chest piece purchased from the cartel market, then unlock that armour for my other legacy characters and have the applied dye? Or would the armour unlock for my characters with the original colours? Also, if this is possible, would I be applying the dye to the gear or stamping it? Also, could I revert the armour to its non-dyed colours if desired?
Thank you for your comment! Unfortunately, legacy unlocking armor will give you the ability to spawn in that armor on other characters, but spawning a copy will have no dye attached Any legacy-bound armor you can dye, put it in legacy bank, and grab it on another character. I believe event armor is typically legacy-bound. But cartel market armor is character-bound. Which sucks, and I agree the dyes are way overpriced As for reverting color, you can remove dyes from armor but the dye will be destroyed in the process
@@amelliangames7365 Thanks for your reply and the info provided. Well that is a shame, due to the 1000 cartel coin price tag for black and white dye, which I don’t believe can be crafted. I think it would be a great feature to stamp a dye on a chest piece, then share the dyed gear with other characters. Anyways, thanks again.
why are you allowed to dye your helmet if it doesnt apply to all and then destroys the dye. what a stupid fucking company and system. holy shit no amount of hours or fun makes up for that. no one should play this game just for that
How the hell do I stamp my chest piece and dye my whole outfit
Good video thanks.
This was very helpful. Thanks!
Thanks !
Thank you for the help!
Hopefully this is semi-comprehensible. Lmk if there's questions!
