For the Red pupil, Red means they lost someone they cared about. (ex: willow lost william, beary lost some of his patients in the hospital, etc)
I think they mean they were protective of their loved ones. Penny, Willow, Zizzy etc

Silzous isn't the only one to talk, Felix has vocals aswell along with Glenn (excluding the skins with the peppa pig theme)

Not really a weird fact, but Kitty has been the skin with the most redesigns. He used to have mouse ears, so mini changed it to cat ears. He then altered the skin’s hitboxes and made it a tiny bit smaller to stop the glitch where Kitty could clip through walls, and then Kitty got his final redesign in the Redesign Overhaul like most of the other skins

Red = Angry, very angry person a lot sometimes
Orange = Evil, has done bad things
Blue = Sad, have strong emotions in their hearts
Black = *DEAD*
White = Protective
Green = Experienced, very experienced in life a lot
Purple = Often, and having a good judge to them
I knew all of these
Apparently, white means part of their body is gone (ex: Zompiggy, Archie) but I don't think this is true because of Little Brother and Father.

And for piggy there was a secret police officer skin named Poley

Red - the infected person cares about someone
White - there are many skins with this eye pupil color, and it probably means the infected person is a mutant, or was helping someone like example, father helped mr.p when he was drinking the potion
Black - not much known about this, but the infected person could be dead/a lifeless corpse
Yellow: the infected person has helped someone in the past, like example, katie is a surgeon and teacher, well...is a teacher
Orange - orange eye pupil means the infected has been through a lot, this could be seen by tigry (uniform) as he was trying to find a cure for his friend rash
Green - if the infected person has this eye pupil color, it means they used to be independent, this was written by kona in chapter 10 book 2 temple
The insolence - the insolence eye means they made a deal with TIO, nothing much is known about the insolence eye
Red insolence - now this eye pupil isn't a canon eye pupil, as it is just part of design for distorted penny
Blue - this means that the infected person was abandoned by someone, as example, poley got abandoned in the station
Purple - if the infected person's eye is purple, they might have a disability, like example mousy (vent) has no legs, grandmother is slow because of her age, and Mimi is a mole and mole doesn't have good eyesight, it is canon that the mousy skin stole robby's legs
Actually it's been chapter 10 temple,cause chapter 11 is already camp
And actually red Incolense eye is canon,even if this been only for one character. Also should been point that's Friend have sth like white incolense so idk.

I think everyone here is misunderstanding what he meant by "silzous is the only one that can talk" by this they're meaning in the theme it's the actual skin itself talking. In Glenn's theme it's TIO talking and in Felix's theme the vocals are just a backing track.
Also a random fact for anyone that sees this reply: when Mall first released there was a glitch with Mousy making the map unbeatable as Mousy would glitch and get stuck at the vent entrance
I really really weird thing in piggy is that, in house if you go to the upstairs bathroom, and look behind the towels there is a picture of sonic, it and it's still there to this day
