    I have recently found your channel and have since watch many many episodes. Your content is so good. I’ve learned so much and you have great products. I’ll be definitely making a purchase for my community garden.

    Thank's, Travis! I've always used the stake and string method - I'll have to give the aim and drive method a try now that I have a wheel hoe!

      Yes. Being able to aim it towards a particular point is very handy.

      How do you get the plot flat? After tilling I'm left with a hilly mess.

    Nice trick! Do you have any idea on how to keep the same spacing between non-straight/curved line rows (similar to contour planting rows)?

    i use the string on the first row and walk off all the other rows using my hoss seeder with the bed marker attached even if I am not seeding with the seeder.

    What no drone with a laser beam? If yer rows are crooked, sip a little white lightning and they'll straighten right up.............

    Two years ago, poison ivy appeared in my yard. How can I get poison ivy removed from my yard without hurting anything?

    • @gardeningwithhoss
      @gardeningwithhoss  5 лет назад

      If it's in your yard (in the grass), cutting the grass more often should take care of it. If it's in an area where you don't cut, roundup.

    • @seangullo5340
      @seangullo5340 5 лет назад

      If your yard is grass, not a bunch of weeds, 2,4D. Which is also present in roundup, but it's a broadleaf plant killer, so it'll kill poison ivy, oak and sumac without killing Zoysia, Bermuda, St. Augustine, etc. Be careful though, it's not picky what broadleaf plant it kills... I killed a cottonwood tree once thinking it would just wither the leaf. Learnt my lesson.

      Ortho makes poison ivy and brush killer... works like a champ... won't kill your grass... I just buy the little hand spray bottles... they have it in concentrate too

    Who cares about straight rows? Only going to use them one year anyway...
    Just kidding...
