Attention, if you are interested in buying a Corvette Rick Conti is the man to see period! As a customer and a friend, I guarantee no one will do more to make sure you are happy and satisfied than Rick Conti. Joe Lamb aka “Super 8”
Sad that one of your viewers would buy from someone else at your dealership. Thanks for being a great person and an outstanding ambassador for Corvette. All my best
Always at a loss for words on why anyone would buy a Corvette at Coughlin from someone other than Rick 🤯🤯🤯 Nice spec on that white Z06…won’t last long! Always grateful to be featured on the rides segment…nice photo from Rob at Paragon 💯
You’re the best Rick! I don’t understand how someone could watch your videos and buy from a different salesperson. Sales is a difficult gig on the best of days and there are a lot of days when you don’t make a sale. So folks, support Rick by purchasing from him! Thank you for all the work you put in so that we can be educated and entertained! You have earned the right to ask for our business so don’t apologize for pointing out that we need to work with YOU and not a different sales rep at your dealership or anywhere else for that matter. Hope you feel better soon. I’m looking forward to seeing the competition yellow on a z51 HTC!!
There is not a harder working guy in car sales than Rick Conti. Always straight and honest. His actions match his words and that is the definition of integrity. If you are going to buy a Corvette give him a shot. And for god's sake if you go to Coughlin Chevrolet don't buy from anyone else!
Rick, while you're several hrs away from me & there're at least 2 other well know dealerships much closer, YOU are my guy. So when I'm ready to upgrade my 16 StingRay, I'll willing head to Ohio to work with you. Stay safe. Thx for all you do for the Corvette community.
I fully understand your frustration when people go to the dealer because of your video’s yet deal with someone else. Please keep doing what you are doing. It matters.👍
Crazy Rick, all you do for us and someone would walk in the dealership and not buy from you.....WOW! I told you when I ordered mine, I was new to Corvette and after watching your Vlogs and seeing the passion in you, I said then I wanted my first Corvette to be purchased from you and only you! Your number #1 in my book!
Enjoyed that rant. When my guy retires you’re filling those shoes. For the time being it’ll just be thumbs up and sharing your videos. Good for you calling those peeps out
From April 23 to April 28, I drove my C5 50th Anniversary 1500 miles! I went from Southern Illinois to Columbus, OH to Bowling Green, on the racetrack, and then back to Southern Illinois! It was her Maiden Voyage-with me! What a great experience!
Mr. Conti and Chuck great Tech Tuesdays vlogs as always!! You guys always have your fingers on the pulse of Corvette!! Rick,,Stop Dreaming and Start Driving!!!👍🏽
I daily my C8 ('21) and I recently took it in for my 30k mile oil service. The service rep said it's one of the highest mileage C8s he's seen! I feel sorry for those who think low mileage on a Chevy is some badge of honor. If you really were a car person, you would be driving it. Like Ricky said, don't save miles on the car for the next guy - who cares. Life is short. Keep up the great content Rick!
Shame on those that come to the dealership, watch your channel and give their order to another salesperson. Also shame on the dealer for allowing that to happen. I am sure you bring so much sales and service business to the dealership. Also the dealer should at least cover a percentage of your out of pocket marketing costs as these incentives help them and you. The trouble with business today minimal appreciation.
Rick - Thanks for another informative video. I am amazed that you can put together these RUclips vids and have a full time job selling Vettes. I certainly understand your frustration with people watching your RUclips channel, and telling you that they do, and then buying a Vette from someone else at your dealership. I would be very upset to say the least. Please keep going with the RUclips channel and vids, as well as selling Vettes as long as you can, or until the BS gets too much. Have a great day and say hi to Father Chuck.
Despite the additional year for warranty service on 2024 - they should still be changing their oil annually - especially those in the north or when their cars sit in their garage over the winter and condensation / water just builds up in the oil. Always good to start their year with fresh oil and filter.
Been watching the channel and Rick you are one of the most hardworking guys on the net. Keep up the good work. If i decide to buy a vette , you are the man.
Buy from Rick when you go to Coughlin! Period! Look how hard this guy is working. He doesn't have to do these videos - we are all lucky that he does. He's the only Corvette new retailer that has a channel like this!
Rick did you see where Josh said in Corvette Weekly that the DCT flush wasn’t necessary for the DIY guy to change his own filter and fluid. You can get the same results by driving your car.
Fun and informative show as always. And Chuck was on a roll ! Too bad that people come to Coughlin because of your hard work and buy from someone else.
If you still have that yellow 21 in two weeks ill definitely be reaching out to you. love the channel and the things you do for the Corvette community!
Your candid conversation regarding the business of selling Corvette's was sorely needed, Rick. Too many self absorbed, egotistical, entitled people these days. After all, this is a *business* _not_ a charity. At the end of the day, you still have a primary career and that career is what provides for your family. To have other people disregard your position as a purveyor of Corvette's - only to do business elsewhere is deplorable. _"I can't live off the ego."_ *~Steven Tyler* Stay classy my friend.
Follow up if I may Rick: _What was under that car cover?!_ You never divulged that information. Inquiring minds would like to know. Please and thank you. Stay classy my friend.
You do a great job at what you do. Keep going with the great videos. When I ordered my car, I had some choices and chose you to do business with. Like you said, most gone hand you the keys, but you gone make sure you have a good experience.
So, I'm thinking of getting an extended warranty but now I have the question concerning my DCT service. I had it serviced at 6940 miles. At the time, I didn't realize I really needed it to be over 7,000. Now I'm wondering if I get an extended warranty and something comes up with the DCT, will they deny coverage because I wasn't at 7,000 miles..... smh.
Well i just put in my order with another salesman. Yes Rick you do have a problem on your end. Got with you awhile back and never got back to me. Tried again to give you my order as sent 3 e-mails in the last 2 weeks and no reply back. Not sure if this is the last for the 24 models so was looking to get this in. So i e-mailed Mike Furman sat 05/04 at 3pm with some info for my order. He sent me s reply monday 05/06 at 6-09am. I replied later that day and he sent me a link to reply to with info etc. Did finish up build etc today and order is going in with car coming late june/early july. So not sure what is going on at your end but i am sure i am not the only customer that moved on to get there orders in.Sorry Rick but tried twice. Hope your feeling better.
Maybe at the end of each video, you take a few moments to promote YOU as a salesman at the dealership...mention to all to contact you about any vehicle you might be interested in purchasing....nothing wrong with promoting youself...it is your livelyhood after all...
Rick, Prior to about 2-3 months ago, I had no idea who you were or that Coughlin existed. As a small business owner who gives it her all, I COMPLETELY not only empathize with your message regarding folks coming in that YOU essentially brought there, then doing business with someone else, but ALSO how difficult it probably was for you to deliver that message. You are such a real, relatable fun-loving guy, so I KNOW it took a lot to get you to this point. Sometimes thing need to be said and you said it eloquently and from the heart. I respect you even more than before! Keep doing what you do... PLEASE! OK- Next topic: for a possible TECH TUESDAY QUESTION: My ERay has a chip of paint missing from a very odd place on the car. I am literally the only one who has driven it and it stays very well protected when I am not driving it. I am 95% sure a rock did not hit me...and if it did, it's in a very odd place: on top of the rear left quarter panel/deck lid. It would have made a crazy loud sound if a rock hit because it is quite dramatic (although small) - very noticeable. Have you heard of this with any Z06's or ERay's? Since my husband has a Z06, I joked with him that I drove it so fast I blew the paint off! KEEP SMILING MY FRIEND!
Hey conti l would buy a car from you but already have bought a late 23 couple 2lt, z51, mag ride etc but I'm in Australia and this car was factory right hand drive built. Great job on the video thanks
Thank you for answering my safety restraint system question, I scheduled an appointment with the dealership. Appreciate you guys very much! I was not expecting to hear my question today.
Rick…you be you! We all love corvettes and Chuck. But when the rubber hits the road (thought that was kinda’ appropriate)…we’re watching because of you. Some people get it, some people just don’t! If they watch you and go to another salesperson…even at your dealership, maybe think of it as a blessing cause they’ll probably only cause you headaches in the future. Stay you brother!
Is your sales manager letting you sell Z06s at MSRP yet? I remember your C7 upload that you used to tell folks not to pt over MSRP. If I were to buy a C8, I would surely check with you first. You're a great Guy and someone I'd love to do business with. I'm still thinking of ZR1, which I wrote you about when the introduced C8.
I would think there would be some professional courtesy there. Like a salesman asking "hey, welcome to coughlin chevrolet, how did you hear about us?" I'm sure you have opportunities to sell your customers silverados, blazers, etc... but you sell just corvettes. Corvettes are your gig at the dealership. Maybe the salesmen taking and selling your customers should have a talking to at a 8am meeting about who's who in the dealership and who brings those customers in?
Rick, well said and I am glad you aired it. You are the consummate professional. You made the buying experience actually enjoyable. The first time in my lifetime! The bonus, was that a friendship was founded. Some people may just be oblivious and assume that if they buy a car from your dealership that you get the credit. This may help remind them to deal directly with you. Cheers, Brian
C'mon guys this man gives heart and soul to everything and anything Corvette, his direct contact info is on every one of these videos for a reason. Please give " RICK " the business he worked so hard to earn. Rick putting in all the work and then you buy a car from the guy who is sitting in the office with his feet on the desk.... NOT COOL.

Came all the way from Kansas City to buy from Rick and would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks Rick!
I get it Rick! I have been in sales my whole life. All this extra work and research you do for us, doggonit, make sure you ask for Rick Conti!
thanks man!
Enjoyed that rant. When my guy retires you’re filling those shoes. For the time being it’ll just be thumbs up and sharing your videos. Good for you calling those peeps out
Conti is the only one I'd buy from. Now to find the pot o gold...

Whenever I see Rick’s new videos posted, I get the new car smell wafting through my media room.
LOL....thanks for watching
Nice pic of Larry Courtney's car...gonna be leading one more NCM Caravan this year!
I don't blame you for speaking your mind 💯 people need to understand selling corvette is how your family eats.🙏🏾 nosale
Rick is the best I drove from NY to work with Rick by passing other large volume corvette dealers
Rick I get what you are saying about your time that you put in your amazing channel. Thank you
Rick keep up the good work that you do for the channel. Awesome channel 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

So glad I bought a C7M... Just start it and go !!!!
Great show again and its so nice to see car lots full again
When you asked him what ideas he didn’t want. My first thought was the bs “The nanny stuff” I was almost cheering alone at home.
Rick did you see where Josh said in Corvette Weekly that the DCT flush wasn’t necessary for the DIY guy to change his own filter and fluid. You can get the same results by driving your car.

If you still have that yellow 21 in two weeks ill definitely be reaching out to you. love the channel and the things you do for the Corvette community!
Wow why would anyone buy from someone else? I hope one day I can contact Rick to buy my Corvette!!
...lots of good info you provided that generates sales all over the nation for others....😢
Hi Rick and everyone! Hope you're all doing great!

Thanks for the information take care guys
❤❤❤you go Girl!
You do a great job at what you do. Keep going with the great videos. When I ordered my car, I had some choices and chose you to do business with. Like you said, most gone hand you the keys, but you gone make sure you have a good experience.
Another Z06 available for sale, I'm going to have to rub the fur off that rabbit's foot congratulations on 50,000 Rick.
I know the service manager at my dealer wouldn't put up with not honoring the trans service if it was changed before the 7500 miles.
Preventive maintenance and care goes along way, after all, it's like an investment, take care of it, so you can enjoy it.
So, I'm thinking of getting an extended warranty but now I have the question concerning my DCT service. I had it serviced at 6940 miles. At the time, I didn't realize I really needed it to be over 7,000. Now I'm wondering if I get an extended warranty and something comes up with the DCT, will they deny coverage because I wasn't at 7,000 miles..... smh.
I think the DCT should be serviced once a week. Complete fluid change and filter. Why take chances?
Like to know if the Paragon low emitting dust brake pads void your warranty? I have a 2023 C8, and the brake dust is horrible.
Time for new theme music! 😛
If I can't buy the ZR1 from you, it won't be with Coughlin. That I promise.
Thanks Bryan!
How much does a DCT fluid and filter change cost when paying for it out of your own pocket?
Hello Rick, I’m thinking about going to NCM in October with my son. What’s a good hotel in the area? I’m hoping by then we can see the ZR1
🙋♂️👍🏻

Where are you located
If you want a Corvette, JUST GO TO RICK!!!
Rick you should get rid of that c8 headache and buy a good used c7, you'll spend more time driving then fixing the c8 .....
Rick, I've been trying to get in contact with you over selling my 2019 C7 Convertible. I don't know if I am going into the Junk file.
reach me now at rickconti@coughlincars.com it will come to the top....tons of emails every day thanks
Harry found it...you sent when I was out of town - been buried since I got back
Focus is on selling not buying but I did reach back out
Thank you.
Someone watches this channel and then buys a corvette from someone else at your dealership? Really? What is wrong with people! That's insane!
Thanks for today's upload, Rick. I hope to be able to reach out to you soon for an order!
If I am ever able to buy a new corvette I would definitely buy from you Rick.
Thanks for all you do to promote this car.
Thank you very much
Maybe at the end of each video, you take a few moments to promote YOU as a salesman at the dealership...mention to all to contact you about any vehicle you might be interested in purchasing....nothing wrong with promoting youself...it is your livelyhood after all...
Thanks for the idea appreciate that
Hang in there Rick -
When I'm ready, i will buy from you.
Early Tech 👍💙
Ricky that’s a great Z06 for YOU
This was a very informative Tech Tuesday. You guys raise many good questions and answer more.

Don’t forget to mention an early VIN # for 21 Model Year on Mike and Heather’s ride👍💛
Oh yeah forgot and will thanks buddy
@@RickCorvetteConti Great sell point in my opinion.
That’s a huge low blow for someone to buy a Vette from Coughlin and not go thru Rick after all he does for the Vette community. C’mon!
I still say you need an AI Ricky to funnel all customers to real Rick......love you Rick❤
Thanks Tadge. Love those calipers 😉
Great video as always. Keep up the great work
When is the GS coming ?
😎
I AM SO HYPE ABOUT THE ZR1
Ricky, the silver C5 and C7 you identified as belonging to Elaine are mine. Ooops... Dave Wills
Rick sells cars not hats! Buy from Rick! Insist that Rick is your salesman
What a show!
C'mon guys this man gives heart and soul to everything and anything Corvette, his direct contact info is on every one of these videos for a reason.
