CUT 50 MEGA SWAMPERS @ Elbe Hills ORV

- This 59 fiat was built by John Martinson. The fiat has a 550hp toyota turbo, using a honda ecu, sitting on unimog axles. Normally John runs 43" tires. But he is building a new fiat. The megas are for the new build. You cant blame him for testing them out before the new car is done. After a snow and a mud run, he decided to lightly cut the tread on the megas. The tires really started to dig and get better all the way around. After testing them, he said he wants to open up the outside lugs. Unfortunately the right rear outer axle stub broke half way through the day and was only 3 wheel drive. But the 50's didnt let us down.

The next day a guy with 44's goes through there and wonders why he's getting high centered! LOL!
A good name for that rig would be honey badger.
The car is named the ghoulie. You should see John’s new one. It’s the same fiat body style. But built to be light and fast. The name of that car is the og fiat.
I've seen this fiat in person (I don't know if it had fifties on it when I saw it but this thing is ridiculous)
I love oddball trail rigs that actually work!!!!!
It normally runs 43's, the 50's are for his new fiat build. Just wait until you see the new build, its insane.

That beast climbs trees literally. Sweet o love this thing. I helped build a fiberglass 57; fairlane aluminium frame and 54 inch mudders. Big ford 428 huge HP and torque. This thing is a real beast you made. Thanks for share
This is a friend of mine. He is currently building another fiat that is very similar but made it is lighter and has more power. These 50’s were bought for the new fiat. He just had to try them out. The new fiat should be done next summer.
Proves you don't have to be a good driver to make it through the woods haha
Love the video keep up the good work!
Thank you, I am trying. I plan on posting videos monday, Wednesday and friday. Please like, share and comment.

Dang those are some narrow “trails” haha more like trenches but I’d imagine you’d be hard pressed getting a full size wheel through that eh ? Sweet rig thanks for the vids! Bin waiting to see these megas CHEW! 🤘
That trail is the busywild. I have seen full size on the trail, but they are built and get damage. I have more video to post. If you havent already subscribe so you dont miss out.
Those 50s make it look easy plus the suspension Plus you know there's 40 other things that make it look easy yeah it makes it look easier than 35s no doubt that's a genius comment..✌️🇺🇸✌️ 🤔
Elbe is no joke
Cool rig
looks like a mini on 50's cool
It is a 58 fiat. He just finished a new build. The next video I plan on putting out should have the new build.
I would hate to be behind that beast on a trail.
Who put those rocks up der
big tires and open diffs are the ticket for those conditions?
In the video you see when he BREAKS the rear axle.
@@RamblinRoy oh crap lol. I'm clueless in mudd
I remember the insta video he made when he first cuts the tires and he was sticking a flashlight between the knobs if the tire
I cant wait for the og fiat to be done. The megas were bought for og fiat. He was just testing them on the ghoulie.
Dang, dude didn't keep a spare axle in the rig?
Where can we find more of this rig on line ive Sean it a bunch
The name of the rig is the goullie. It’s a 1959 fiat built byJohn martinson. You can find him on IG. Just wait until you see the new build, the OG fiat.
What engine is in that beast
Built 3rz turbo using a Honda ecu
Why does it have open Diffs?
The right rear stub shaft broke on the portale.
That thing have portal axles?
Yes it does
How can someone even build that bad boy
Just wait until you see his new build. It is another fiat, with a honda k24.
What drive train behind the k24, I'm thinking of doing a k24
What psi was he running ?
I am not sure, but pretty sure it was single digit.
Three takeaways.
1. Cut 50" megas dig
2. 50s brake axles
3. Everybody there answers to 'dude'
Обидно что привод заднего правого сломался.
Air down a bit get a little more traction
It got enough traction to break a rear stub axle🤷♂️
Why keep bouncing off the rev limiter, thats so childish. Makes me think you don't really know much about engines and how to control them. Besides that, great video.
Sorry to disappoint you, but I am not the one driving. My Toyota truck hasn’t been posted on the channel.
@@RamblinRoy well if your not driving don’t be offended. Then you’re probably smart enough to not use the rev limiter as if it were your brain limiter.
Like I said great video.
lock the damn rig 😔
It is fully built. He broke a stub axle. It takes a lot to drag a 50" through 3' of mud.
