also for tournaments you wake up hella early and sleep on the bus. Bring alot of snacks, a pillow(30-60 min for a match fr)

Also, in WA State, we've phased out card systems, in favor of a computer system known as Trackwrestling, so there's no card carrying; the scorekeepers automatically upload results. Also, we wear ankle bands instead of bracelets.

What if you are a girl and have long hair so when they check if your hair is to long what would happen? Do I just have to wear a hair net? Great video :) I have my first tournament in 5 days

Just use a skull cap they wont let you wrestle if you dont have your hair back
