Ehrenberg coined the term bacteria (1838) meaning stick or rod shape structure.
Each bacterium is enclosed by a rigid cell wall composed of peptidoglycan, a protein-sugar (polysaccharide) molecule

Are 70 S ribosomes ever seen attached to plasma membrane?
Ribosomes are usually not seen associated with prokatyotic cell membrane. There are only some(very few indeed) prokaryotes that have their ribosomes associated with cell membrane via hydrogen bonding. Best wishes dear

Sir gram positive aur gram negative donun mai se konsa wala ziyada virulent hota hy?
Gram-positive bacteria cause tremendous problems but Gram-negative bacteria develops dangerous resistance and are therefore classified as a more serious threat.
