i don't see the automated tab. Here is what I see "regular", "plain text" and "template". Is "automation" not available on free version?

Go to automations tab, and yes you need to pay to use this feature.

Hey there, the feature is no longer free and now requires a paid Mailchimp plan. This will likely be the case with most automated emails that are setup as part of a customer journey.
