Terrible anxiety, especially at night. Can’t sleep- toss and turn.
I’m (df) in huge tower around heartspace today. Trying to numb out everything , since ring in separation about 10 months
I kept thinking it was other women ,but it’s work he work 6 days a week 12 hours a day so it’s hard for us to really spend time together.We talked and he mentioned about getting another and learning how to budget better,he is tired!
Say issues w sleep. Someone in my immediate circle always has something going on. And then it's like if they're upset for some reason I feel upset. And I keep telling myself I do not have to take on others emotions. It's just like if someone's upset and you're around them you're obviously going to feel upset too. I kind of just repeat to myself but it's hard to explain. It's like "If I'm mad we're all mad." Vibes. I can say I don't have to take on their energy all I want but it's kind of like hard to not feel the effects. I told you to focus on the things that I need to get done when the other person is upset. Even though they're absolutely valid and they have every right to be upset. I just need to let them feel their emotions. Because when I take on others energy, emotions, or challenges it absolutely makes me sick. Also work's been a little funky so I've been looking for a new job and that's annoying and boring. While still trying to pursue my goals. When the money doesn't flow in as fast as I like it I get discouraged. ☹️☹️☹️☹️
And then it's like I keep watching the video and you explained exactly what I just said the third party energy of someone else is going through something in their life and I'm taking it on as if it's happening to me or as if it's my own. I can't believe you just said that because it explains everything that I just said perfectly. It's absolutely driving me bonkers and making me feel sick. The anxiety and stress that comes from that makes me sick. Plus they don't really talk about how they feel and then the room is obviously uncomfortable because they're uncomfortable and then they make like comments that are almost like passive or passive aggressive and then I sit there and wonder if they're like directing it towards me or trying to say something. So like I'm making assumption that they're directing it towards me and then I start to get upset and feel some type of way and then I start to say to myself if they have a problem with me or if they're upset with me or if anything I'm doing is the problem they'll tell me. But in reality they would never tell me. It's just something I tell myself to feel better. They seem to make comments about things but never be direct about it. And that's so frustrating. I hate indirect comments or statements that are questions. Because it's almost like energy bullying. I'm going to ask a question so that you can sit there and mine f*** yourself over what I meant by that. Instead of being direct. That's the vibe I'm getting. 😮💨😮💨😮💨😪😪🥱🥱🫣🫣🤧🤧😣😖😵💫😵😫🤕

My dm and I recently reunited after 9 years, and he is still struggling with severe alcohol addiction. Being in recovery myself, yes, I absolutely feel like I'm taking on all of the pain of his addiction myself. Lots of sleepless nights.

Which brings me back to Shungite (I think it was) I heard so much about there for awhile . . Any experience with it? Anyone? Heard it can almost have the opposite affect if too much or too close to you at night? (I had suffered quite a lot from anxiety even BEFORE all this.) Thanks so much!

Ok yes.. The last two twin flame videos you made have been so on point with where I'm at.. This is so so true... I realize that my feminine is indeed focused too much on my family. My sister that I'm living with right now because of financial instability😧 and so yes.. My masculine energy is indeed focused on the money and how to get it flowing for myself.. It seems like we're working together but you're right.. It's so off🙈 that movie the 6th sense.. I saw it once.. But now i want to see it again because I'm like.. The answer for me is probably in there! Something about intuition.. 3rd eye Chakra! Thats what is being activated for me this round of life so.. Yes..
