I was in a Plutonic relationship for 5 years and it was VERY toxic. I thought it was a Twin Flame relationship, but it was so destructive and I kept getting readings from different psychics because I was trying to figure out what was going on. NO ONE mentioned anything to me about it being a Plutonic relationship, but I had to save my own sanity so I left the relationship. I had to actually ghost the person because he would not let me go. Now that it has been a couple of years since I walked away from the relationship, I am working on forgiving myself for allowing it to go on so long. I actually stopped believing in Twin Flames because of what happened to me, and I think that more people should be aware of this type of situation. Part of my frustration was that I felt the spiritual community was brushing off my concerns, and that is wrong on so many levels. So, I need to say THANK YOU for bringing this to light Mary Jo, and I hope that more people become aware of the difference between Twin Flames and Plutonics.
My story too. I have one month and sixteen days since I have ghosted her. Um she losing my head all day rent free. I can't wait till snap out of this crap.
My husband’s Pluto is in Scorpio and is in conjunction with my Venus, mercury, and mars in Scorpio. His Pluto also squares my Aquarius moon. He’s very manipulative, narcissistic, and controlling. I’m working on getting away.
That's a difficult one but you should definitely exit.
I met someone a few months ago, and my met I mean I stood next to him for about ten seconds while a friend of mine talked to him, that was the extend of it. The following week I dreamt about him three different times and eventually looked him up on social media. I got obsessed with the thought of him and didn’t really understand why. Ended up looking at his birth chart and turns out his sun, venus, mercury, saturn and pluto was (really) closely conjunct my ascendant, saturn and pluto. Yikes. After looking into plutonic relationships I knew it was a bad idea. It still took me two months to convince myself to stop thinking about him. TEN SECONDS of non-interaction, and I consider myself fairly evolved when it comes to spiritually and healing trauma 😅 I learned a lot from it but wow, Pluto is wild.
My pluto square her venus, my moon square her pluto, my sun and jupiter square her pluto.
But i dont want to avoid the relationship. Definitely theres a reason behind why i met the person. Lesson and experience. ❤️

In my case it was a Catalyst Twinflame! But I was the Pluto squaring both his Sun and Mercury!! I don't know about him, but I was the one who significantly awakened spiritually!! It was intense!

Become your highest self. They all have those positions in order to serve your highest good. When you can see them that way, you will change and their effect on you will change. It's all for your awakening. What a blessing!
Hide 😂. Basically, you need to walk in silence and realize that at first, people are going to seem very supportive. Once you are hooked, they will try to dominate you. That's when you need to silently and slowly remove yourself from the situation. Make a new plan and move on. Keep focused on your goals.
We both have plutonic placements in connection to our suns and quite a few other personal planets 😂 but it was actually quite positive bc we brought out a lot of growths from each individual and we mirror each other with a ton of synchronicities with our past lives and future goals just like TFs.. i would classify it as quite positive experiences and i would certainly love to build something together with this person. idk.. the line feels a little blurry here..
I think it depends on your personal chart I have sun conjunct Pluto and I feel like all my relationships have some Pluto aspects because of this. It's also not scary to me as much because I'm used to feeling that plutonic energy anyway.
Same. Pluto aspects on both sides... Ascendant, Sun, Mercury, both nodes, both MC. No sex at first site. The rest of the chart placements indicate a slow burn.
Soulmates won’t have hard aspects squares, opposition, conjunction to Pluto in charts but soft aspects like venus trine Pluto is actually one soulmate aspect but again tight orb. I only allow 3 degree orb though on some things up to 5 but no more. It’s even better if it’s a dual his trine hers and hers trine his. My twin and I share a Venus - moon double/ dual.
How about a dual hard aspect like Mercury 7 squares Neptune 12 and Mercury 11 squares Neptune 15?

Guys, take all of this with a grain of salt. You are clearly here for self-discovery. Focus on that. Be careful with any information that tells you definitively what to believe or how to see something. Pluto can be power hungry, but it can also be transformative for good. And the plant person can be just as blind and manipulative. Don't just assume that if you are the Pluto person or the Planet person that you can now settle into a particular role and that is how it will continue to be. Hone your intuition, then listen to it. That will be your greatest ally and best way of really knowing where you stand and what steps to take in ANY situation. "Toxic" is deeper than the so called experts have been saying. It's all about resonance. There are no toxic people or situations. They only feel toxic to you because you have stayed too long in a situation or with a person or your own quality you have outgrown. They or it no longer matches you, and the feeling of toxicity is you. A message its time to make a move. Wake up. You can do it. Your highest self exists now. Step into it.
If two people are Plutonic themselves and they are "twin flames" then the connection would likely still be Plutonic in some fashion. The archetype of Pluto also deals with deep transformation and I would say is a necessary component of a "twin flame" dynamic. It's TOO many HARD Pluto aspects in synastry/composite or an imbalance of Pluto (lopsided/unrequited) that are the problem. I think a lot of the things you're hitting on are important, but I think people should understand the difference also between a (hard) Plutonic connection vs. a powerful, potentially "twin flame" connection that still has some important Plutonic contacts in the synastry/composite. Also the composite/Davison would be more important than synastry imo, because that's the only way to see what the connection itself is about.
Also btw - the Pluto person (synastry wise) is the one who is likely to become desperately obsessed and the Planet person who will likely want to run the hell away, even if some part of them feels intrigued/magnetized.
I knew someone where almost every one of our personal planets were in the opposite sign (not all hard aspects) but moon conjunct in the same sign etc etc (our astrology is bonkers) - AND we were both "the Pluto person"...! Several times over (numerous Pluto contacts). Our meeting was definitely fated and we are definitely soul fam (and maybe even TFs, we have so many of the indicators)... but our relationship was also *very* Plutonic. The composite chart is very telling, clarifying a lot of the finer points that can get lost in all of this intensity. Took me years to heal - I don't usually even use this " TF" terminology anymore or watch videos... but once in a while one will pique my interest and I use it to see if I get triggered anymore. I came out of the clouds and can at least see the truth of things rather than being off the rails LOL. I know this isn't the first OR last time we've been together, I believe it will be easier next time around 😅

Okay. So, around 6:20 you say that if it is one sided it is NOT a Platonic relationship. Pluto conjunct, opposite and square your personal planets symbolize Twin Flame relationships, EXCEPT when it is one-sided, because then it is destructive transformation, (rather than ascendent transformation which occurs in a Twin Flame dynamic). This makes sense. Thank-you. So interesting. Both me an my Twin Flame have 5 Pluto placements. Sun conjunct Pluto, Pluto square Mercury, Pluto sextile Jupiter, Pluto Opposite Saturn, and X MC conjunct Pluto. We both experience ourselves as Twin Flames. It is so intense! Vice-versa. You really helped me understand that the challenging aspects of ones charts can also be positive when placed with the right divine person. Wow. Not that is as a easy. I disagree. I was the Pluto person twice in hard aspects (conjunction, opposition) to their Sun and I was madly in love with both. Someone else's Pluto squares my Sun ... and I feel the same way.

I believe the energy goes both ways, with the Sun being mesmerizing by Pluto and Pluto feeling more trepidations due to fear of loosing the beloved (the Sun), who's independence is threatening. That's how I felt this from both perspectives.
@@user-vj4dz4xc5y In your situation , the energy flows both ways. The easy aspect might be able to smooth the hard aspect out. But you'll definitely feel a stronger sexual chemistry and magnetic pull due to the hard aspect, which is not always a bad thing. The obsession could feel like a nuisance as you'll feel like you want to be with that person 24/7, codependency issues might be present :P
I've personally experienced a Trine and 2 Conjunctions. I was both Moon and Pluto. Moon can't let go of Pluto, the connection feels otherworldly. Too special to let go.
Moon - Pluto aspects are very deep, soulful. Also felt both ways, but Pluto is more powerful here. It feels almost like you want to cuddle with that person and pull her/him closer and closer until you become one. That's how deep it feels.
I've experienced 4 Sun-Pluto hard aspects.
If Pluto is the man and there is no previous history (a steonger foundation) between the 2 people, the relationship might not take off.
In Sun - Pluto hard aspects there is a lot of tension and ego clashes. Both people are very strong. The Sun wants Pluto badly and feels depressed about not being able to get through Pluto's walls (Pluto's baggage and darkness); there is a lot of resistance; the Sun feels as if he is hitting a wall in this relationship. Almost like trying to penetrate Pluto's darkness with his rays, but not being able to.
Pluto wants what it wants out of the relationship, and is not backing down.
Not to say that the Sun is right and Pluto is wrong. The Sun could be just infatuated with Pluto and not really take Pluto seriously ... and Pluto could feel that and back down, retreat or create boundaries.
All Pluto wants is the Sun, but not the way the Sun is ... rather transformed, a different version of the Sun, that makes the Pluto person feel more secure and confident about the relationship.
Depending who the Pluto person is.
Pluto person could be a person with good intentions or an opportunist (wanting to change the Sun for the wrong reasons).
There is a lot of anxiety present in this relationship.
The Sun is more confident to show his feelings and obsession. Pluto is feeling things as intensely, however, is keeping his obsession hidden. He does obsessive "work" without letting the Sun know. Pluto will be like a PA finding out everything about the Sun.
I feel the Sun is way way more obsessed in this contact than Pluto. Like, out of control obsession.

No one likes to be forced/controlled, it is a recipe for resentment.
Plus, no growth can happen when things get forced & when there is an absence of acceptance of the other As they Are.
Ultimately, love accepts the other Totally, as they are, and would never want to alter/change the other for selfish ends.
If they do, then there was never any love in the first place..
Someone can only change from their own being, in a real soil of mutual acceptance, harmony, love.
Anything forced
will only backfire.

You are the one who makes me want to pick up making videos about planetary alignments in a overview. Showing more than what you stated about singular aspects alone. Don’t forget that there is more than one aspect to consider. When there are A LOT of squares to Pluto in sensitive houses (depending on the planets) and with difficult Neptune, Sun and Uranus aspects to personal planets (mostly squares, oppositions and inconjunctions /quincunxes in all their charts). Yes! Then people should REALLY reconsider and think twice before they get too far in a connection. But you can’t state this argument for just one aspect on its own, in only one chart (synastry in this case).

I don’t like this topic but It should be getting so much more attention in the community! I’m a hades moon in the first house and at first made me realize any relationship would be karmic. I also have Venus / Mars conjunct in my chart - I’d be interested to see what the right partner could have to compliment that 😂
This could be one of the most important information to put out there, MJ... confusing a plutonic connection for a twin connection can have excrutiating, devastating effects precisely because the unconditional love simply isnt there as a shared component between the two as each navigates through the obstacles or darker seasons of the connection. One can tell sometimes- the difference between twin-pain, which can obviously include confusion as to whats next, loneliness and deep frustration, and plutonic-pain, many times resentful and angry and hungry for evidence that the other loves them. With twins, Love is, if anything, the clearest element, along with the Spiritual.
How come it be that even if we both have pluto squaring the other person's moon, that there is so much mutual love and caring... Sometimes it seems to me as if we're both the pluto person for one another... I've been through heavily, plutonic relationships.. And they've mostly been one-sided on my end... I was obsessed with them but they didn't care. This time around this person was obsessed with me and I wasn't crushing on them... But fell in love with them because of them being so loving.. Still there's definitely some powerstruggle... It's like we're switching sides.. One time he chases, one time I do... Weird dynamic.
I’m in this dynamic as well. Both of our plutos square each other’s moon. I wonder if it creates a balance somehow because there really is mutual love and caring here and feels very much like twin flame. Huge mutual lessons and so much healing and growth.

I even told him this in the beginning... I don't have a crush on you the way I usually have it... Rose tinted glasses and stuff... But I have lots of love for you... It was his personality and the way he treats me that made me fall in love with him.. Other than falling in love because he's so handsome you know....
For now, I pulled back a little because I realized where I'm being triggered... And that I really want him in my life but that there's obviously things that I need to work on within myself. So yeah.. For now that's exactly what I'm doing :) sit with it and listen to my gut. Which I think is the best way to handle any situation in life. Just thought it was interesting that it's obviously plutonic, but not in the way I experienced... Cause it seems to be mutual instead of one-sided.

My twin and I both have pluto square each other's moon. My pluto is square my moon and conjunct my sun in my birth chart. I feel that it balances out because we are both the pluto person and we are both the moon person.

I was in a plutonic relationship for several years. I was the one hurt. Over a year later, I'm just getting my balance back. He was my kryponit.
This is not entirely accurate it isn't just one way with double whammys. I'm with a pluto man and we have lots of DW W pluto to our personal planets. As well as easy Saturn aspects and and jupiter conjunct juno. We are both plutonic people and we don't find our relationship toxic or power gamed. We are fiercely protective of each other and won't let anyone become between us to kick jealousy to the curb. You forgot to also mention pluto is a deep deep love not only psychically but emotionally too.
I don’t agree with your analysis and suggestions. Full chart should be looked at. My Pluto is conjunct the mars and mercury of a man that I have strong feelings for and his Pluto is square my moon. I cater to him. We love each other although we are not together at the moment because of some childishness on both sides.
He has his Saturn conjunct my moon and that affects me too.

I don't always agree with this, I have Pluto opposite the Sun with my twin (we are ABSOLUTELY twins, proven by both a very talented medium who works with Charlotte of happy twins , but more importantly verified by the SCIO, and Ella of Return to one, which can see the twin ring in twins and verify them) now its not really a factor beyond this(I'm Pluto by the way and the divine feminine, they are the sun), but the way Pluto is read in evolutionary astrology is quite different than traditionally, and I tend to think BOTH have merit. oh even more importantly.... it's verified by me. Anyway we do both love each other, and I'm the divine feminine and the one who obviously seems like they care more, and this is opposite the picture you are painting (although he does play power games with his karmics, he's never really done that with me. and I'm Pluto not him)

I'm not sure I understand. Unfortunately, with my personal planets the way they are it seems like anyone with Pluto in Virgo like me (1958 to 1971 I think) will square my moon, ascendant, Venus and nodes, and conjunct my Mars with that particular Pluto. Am I missing something?

It was my devine birthrights to lessons for beyond measure abundance. I learned sooooooo much about self source and universe and 1111. It was amazing then it wasn't and it ended. I was confused and hurting after I left but all that was actually beautiful and I now have no sadness or shame for getting myself into it. I have multiple people in my energy and I was questioning my TF because of two of them but specifically the one that has been actively pursuing me more than the others. I have known him for years. But thanks to your teachings I now know that I am his Pluto. It’s interesting because it looks like we both are each other’s Pluto. His Pluto is square my mars and MC and my Pluto is squared his Moon and also in the same sign as his north node. His Pluto is close to my south node but in the sign next to my south node. Also, his Pluto is almost on top of my Vertex in Libra and we share the same Moon sign which his Vertex is in as well. What does it mean if we both have these Pluto placements/alignments? Yeah I just checked and I have similar stuff going on. His pluto squares my moon and my pluto squares his moon.... We have mutual love for each other, I have been trough some really heavy plutonic relationships... And they felt completely different. I was obsessed with these people, beyond healthy. I don't have that with him.... In all actuality he was approaching me ever since we first met.. We both don't wanna lose touch with one another, because we both feel home when being with each other.. Still things don't work out the way I wish it would.... I was not in love with him when I first met him, he absolutely adored me... But I couldn't help but feeling home when being with him, I felt drawn to him, like he belonged into my life... It's not the typical plutonic vibe I'm used to.. Wow, wow, WOW. Your words are SO TRUE. I am in astrology school right now, I came to astrology to learn about myself and relationships and to help others. I met someone a year ago that I have had a very explosive off and on.... well, I can't even call it a "relationship" in the traditional sense. But yeah. I have Aries, Mars, Jupiter, and Chiron in my 7th house so I'm going to attract very "martian" wounded men. This one is just that and has Mars conjunct his ascendant. He leads the room with Mars, is very alpha and fiery. Myself, I have Pluto on my ascendant 😬 so I'm the Plutonian here that you speak of. I've identified our relationship as being lessons and issues about power and control, but it's because he wants to dominate me and be forceful. And you are right, I don't feel much at all at this point but it's because there has been so much clashing and challenge, at least that's what I'm telling myself. Pluto is not a “bad” planet. Just like other planets and signs, you can embody the lower vibration or the higher vibration. Plutonic/Scorpionic people (people with stronger Pluto/Scorpio placements) exist for a reason and without which, there would be no deep transformational change. I just took a look at our synastry chart and we have multiple aspects between both of our Plutos… so we are transforming each other. It just seems like you are demonizing the Plutonic person, but again, it really depends on the person and how able they are to embody the higher vibration of Pluto. My 2 cents as a Plutonic person on a spiritual Journey. ❤

Uhmmm, I am the plutonic person but I do care about him. I did research and dig deeper with our connection. Why I am drawn to him even after breaking up thrice until I gathered a lot of courage that it was not working at all after giving it several chances. Also, I am too overwhelmed with the power struggles and the obsession ( I am even surprised I become like this). I feel drained and out of control so I decided to break away and have no contact with him. I don't want us to be in pain while the issues keep on repeating even I tried to communicate those with him. We both hurt each other but it doesn't mean I didn't love him at all. 😢

I’m the Pluto person 😭💔❤️🩹 his Scorpio Sun conjuncts my Scorpio Pluto… I have NEVER felt so undone and obsessive, like I NEED to be loved and seen by a partner the way I do with him. AND I HATE IT. And I’ve tried to leave off and on for almost three years because I can tell it affects him negatively despite this level of unconditional love between us… it feels like it’s the slow-undoing of me, trying to always get him to love me like I love him, but I also feel it’s too much pressure on him. Well I’m confused because we both have Pluto aspects but it’s my pluto that aspects his personal planets much more -and with squares and oppositions- yet I feel very disempowered by him like he is always playing me. The way he controls everything from our time together to our communication. it’s a way for him to maintain control but I’m over it and it hurts me. When I complain he gets very disappointed in me like I don’t trust our connection or I question his love or integrity. I feel like I’m the obsessed one but he’s also obsessed, especially sexually. There’s a big age gap and different cultures so I was lead down a possible twin flame path but IDK. Every time we’re together it always feels like it’ll be the last time but it just goes on. It’s still in early stages but I’m Exhausted. After watching this video I feel I have to end it once and for all. I tried a couple times to end it but it swings back around. Sick of the loop now. It’s so unnerving. I wish it would just progress once and for all or just die.
Pluto squares my sun and opposes my moon natally. In synastry, by this logic, I’d have to avoid anyone born within a few years of my birthday.

Very stable . Probably wouldn’t have been had we met when we were younger. This connection now comes with much more selfunderstanding and consciousness. Our opposing asc dec makes it a balancing act but fun for getting things done .
What if one has Pluto trine sun and other has Pluto trine moon? Also vertex conjuct ascendant with moon conjuct north node? Would that still be a plutonium relationship. (North node and moon in scorpio as well)

I was pluto and they were venus by opposition. I did not have the upper hand, nor the power. In fact I ran because it scared me too much. Yes too obsessive. Their pluto opposed my jupiter as well tighter orb, and their aries venus trine their sag mars was completed in a grand fire trine by my leo moon. I still hear from them from time to time my SN is comjunct their mercury vesta combo and their ceres conjunct my sun. That aries venus sits on my MC too. So its plutonian but there are some real nurturing stuff in there too. I just try to keep the contact at a minimum because its too painful otherwise.

I came into this life for these karmic experiences! It's for my spiritual growth. If I ran away that wouldn't have happened. I feel instead of running away..it's important to not get stuck in these relationships. Once the lesson is learned it ends. That's been my experience.
