hello sir Gabo. i'm Apollo and i'm a total beginner in doing calisthenics with 0 skills😔
i'm starting to do L sits for my first calisthenics skill coz i know it's absolutely important to have a strong core in performing calisthenics skills.
i can do an L sit on the floor but not with my hands flat. i elevate my hands a bit to have more space for my legs, but somehow i feel like i'm cheating when i do this coz my arms are a bit short (i think)😔 how would you advise me as i have no one to coach me in my practices?

Last year, I focused more muscle up and improvised my handstand and now this year try to train planche at least straddle planche, front lever, and handstand. Usually I will train only a few days last year but for the past few months I start train for 6 days and 1 day rest. Right now I need the guide for training schedule and I found your video help me so much to construct the schedule for my training. Thank you so much.

would love to see a routine of these skills
    1. planche
    2. front lever
    3. back lever
    4. handstand push up
    5. v-sit
    6. 1 arm pull up
    7. victorian
    8. iron cross
    9. How to incorporate weighted cali into skills training
    10. I think another good video idea is how to combine skills training when you are just an average gym goer or have other hobbies like marital arts, tennis, or running. I think that is a video that everyone would love to see how they can incorporate into their day to day life and adjust for volume. Love the content man keep it up.
    11. And a good idea of a video is how to find competitions for freestyle, weighted, etc in your local area. Been wanting to compete but dont know where to start looking. Tried googling it but just showed national level or world level competitions. It's cool but definitely not at that level yet lol so a good local event would be good but not sure where to even find them. A good video on how to find them would be awesomw. I am in the south florida area and i know theres alot of events but not sure if they are open workout sessions or an actual competition and if they are competitions I have no idea how to register or know if I can even qualify for it. Would love a good video on it.

I really appreciate the information, this is top quality information that a lot of beginners really want, i would like to have had this kind of video back in the day, but i really would like to see a approach towards a more simple way of training, like a more intuitive way with minimal programming like the full body high frequency approach, choosing one skill/movement/exercise to be doing and alternating as you feel like u need a quick break from that movement or that you need to put the basics on practice in order to maintain them, this is something i really would like to hear about

Bro for real, dope Video. That was something I was looking for and didnt find anywhere.
The problem I have with most programs out there, they‘re too general. No program asks you on which lvl you are currently on, what skills you wanna focus on and how much volume u wanna do. Its like here you have a planche routine. Here you have a front lever routine. But how do I include those routines in my training never mentions someone and I dont get why.
So you have to build your own programm and this video definetly helps with that. Thank you for that.❤❤❤

I already have above average body control since I wrestled through middle and highschool and I can do a good amount of pull-ups and even some poor-form muscle-ups. Been focusing on trying to lose fat for a while to possibly make calisthenics easier but I’ve been switching on and off between weights. Working on mobility training. I like doing both but I’m not sure if I should just focus on one or the other.

Or do you have some kind of AI (artificial intelligence) that automatically adapts the training plan to my settings? Hey man!
      1. We don’t use AI. I don’t think AI can make proper calisthenics workout programs better than the experience we have. All our programs combine skills with basics and they come with a 30+ min video explanation on how to adjust the whole routine for your needs.
      2. I don’t have such video, but you can download the app and go through the free content, and also watch the intro video of each program + try 1-2 workouts from each program. That’s the best way to see if the app is suitable for you 😊 you have more than 15+ hours of free content.
      With Love,
      Gabo

@@SaturnoMovement Heyhey Gabo. Yes, I think so too with the AI. And thanks for replying so quickly. I'll just give the app a try then.
Thanks again for the graphic design and the free PDF and all the hard work you and your team put into the videos.
      Love goes back

I would love to get/see what a workout should look like if I want to master a handstand pushup. I'm no beginner but still can't do a handstand, I have no trouble doing 5-10 handstand pushups against a wall but that is it... Where should I start?
