In a coffee shop for 10 minutes waiting in a queue behind Kevin Bridges.... How many bloody coffees did he order if it took that long, probably shifting a New Year's hangover I guess
I think 99.999% of the audience don't have a clue who doja cat is either. To quote a meme: what the hell is even that. Also who the hell is "self esteem"? I wish they'd stick with people we know instead of what I assume is some tiktok person.
The lyrics "did the thing", confused BAFTA attendees and UK viewers because, outside of the Alphabet People , it's not a familiar, or commonly used phrase. It's North American slang equivalent to "did what needed to be done", "gets/got the thing done" and in this context, "the thing", is either "the job", "the task", or anything that others can't or won't do, because it's very difficult, requiring expert skills and/or massive talent to accomplish and/or, complete. When "the thing" being referenced is especially impressive, or someone wants to amplify their approval, they would change "did the thing", to "did the DAMN thing". Who ever penned those lyrics, definitely didn't read the room.🧐
This could have been one of the best episodes but they had to put Rosie in there and she ruined the flow the entire show with her lame af jokes and quips.
"Maybe the planet wants to die" brilliant 😆
agreed, that's when i hit the 'like' button XD
His honest to god reaction of “who’s this” is absolute quality 😂
'What kind of kids are we leaving for the future' 😅😂
Usually don’t have much issue understanding Rosie, but I didn’t catch a single word of what she said after the Angela Basset question.
Kevin Bridges is my spirit animal when it comes to these music / "who is this 'famous' person" rounds
Odd for this to be top of my recommendations after I popped into a coffee shop on my way home and spent 10 minutes queueing behind Kevin Bridges.

@@Ade_1 There were several people in the queue, it just happened that Kevin Bridges was immediately in front of me.

Rebecca Lucy Taylor uses the professional name self esteem, she's a singer but she's been on Taskmaster among other things
@@Si74l0rd Ah so she's a singer, not some tik tok tard. Ok, thanks dude.
Neither do I. And I'm perfectly fine with that.
Which year is this one?

Holy shit, i guessed fart because it made me chuckle, i didn't for a second think it would be the right answer 😨
