Hello,
I am from the Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam and I am part of the team that customized Koha. However, we are experiencing a problem. When an item is overdue, Koha does not automatically calculate the fine, however, it says the item is overdue. Circulation and fine rules have already been set up and finesMode set to production. I installed version of koha 23.11, But I am facing this issue.

In circulation rules use 1 at fine interval and change fine charging preference to calculate and charge. Sorry for a late response, I am not available nowadays to reply.
