Łasztownia Island at night IS BEAUTIFUL! - Tall Ships Races 2024 in Szczecin - episode 4

We went to the Szczecin Boulevards, Łasztownia and Grodzka Island at night to admire the BEAUTIFUL play of light. And all this happened during the fourth day of the final of the Tall Ships Races 2024.
We started our walk from Chrobry Boulevard, located right next to Jana z Kolna Street. We could see the sailing ships standing on this side of the Oder in a different - night version. We took photos and shots with sailing ships such as the Ecuadorian Guayas or the Polish: Fryderyk Chopin or ORP Iskra.
Then we went up - to the viaduct of the Castle Route, from which we could see the area of ​​the rally of the great sailing ships from above. We saw wonderful views.
After a short walk on the elevated viaduct, we went down the stairs to the actual place of action of this episode - Łasztownia Island. We walked along the Szczecin Boulevards towards the Dźwigozaurs, the historic port cranes that have been renovated and today their role is to delight visitors.
We entered the Holiday Park amusement park - a place that enchanted us with its night photogenicity. The water that intensively covered the ground that day was the perfect reason to take many wonderful night shots of this area.
Then we went to Grodzka Island, where there is a marina and a city beach. We managed to catch the "Wheel of Szczecin" Ferris wheel from an interesting side, because once again the water from the previous rainfall was our ally.
We also visited the beach on Grodzka Island itself, together with the Beach Bar located there. This place is unique because from the beach we can see the view of Wały Chrobrego from the perspective of the water. During TTSR it was even more amazing - because we had a view of the sailing ships against the background of Wały Chrobrego.
We returned to Łasztownia and went to its northern end, which is not normally accessible. There we saw a wonderful view to the north and our attention was most drawn to two old port cranes that towered over the area in the darkness.
On the way back we went through the equally interesting back, where there is a complex of buildings with the Old Slaughterhouse at the forefront. However, we focused on the play of light, which constantly surprised us with new shots.
At the end of the film, we thanked all those who talked to us during the entire series of daily vlogs and took part in the recordings. Here we thank you once again :) .
At the end of the film, we showed a few more night shots, including the Maritime Science Center in Szczecin, the Pontoon Bridge on the Oder and a view of the Shanty Stage on the water.
