This maglev is actually built by German company Siemens, sole purpose of it is to dazzle the incoming tourists. Local people rarely use it. Its quite costly for an eight minutes journey. There was another longer maglev line proposed but project was shelved because of being excessively costly.
it was not build my Siemens, It was build by CRRC ZHuzhou locomotives completely Chinese built , Had it been build in Germany then Germany would have the First Maglev train .

This maglev is actually built by German company Siemens, sole purpose of it is to dazzle the incoming tourists. Local people rarely use it. Its quite costly for an eight minutes journey. There was another longer maglev line proposed but project was shelved because of being excessively costly.
it was not build my Siemens, It was build by CRRC ZHuzhou locomotives completely Chinese built , Had it been build in Germany then Germany would have the First Maglev train .

The train set model (Transrapid SMT) was built by a joint venture of Siemens and ThyssenKrupp from Kassel, Germany in 3 pieces (originally 4 pieces consisting of 6 wagons each were planned) and based on years of tests and improvements of their Transrapid maglev system, especially the Transrapid 08. Just do some research before posting.
