Gamma Radiation would be the same as him receiving Chemo meaning the cancer keeping him alive is being cured so he has normal cells undergoing apoptosis which would be fatal as his entire body is cancerous & thus he would eventually fall apart on a molecular level.
The green guys in Captain Marvel that can shape shift (forgot the name) once morphed into Deadpool, but since they didn't have cancer, they became a gigantic pile of cells

The thanos things a bit missleading, he could die originally but he’d immediately revive due to the healing factor but during this short time dead he got to know and fell in love with death, thanos didn’t like that and gave him immortality just so he can’t talk to death but he still manages on some occasions. It didn’t really do much for him.
And all it did was make lady death want him more
Well, Thanos can talk to Death as much as he wants now.
Except it isn't misleading because he did infact die and stay dead which is what prompted Thanos to curse Deadpool in the first place using something he stole from the collector
Thanos eventually removes the "curse of Inmortality" on Deadpool. I wouldn't take it too seriously, is almost just a gag.
Like, Deadpool is a comic when Modok was stewed to Galactus butt at some point.
It dosn't takes that serious any character.
I never was a fan of the simp relationship of Thanos with Death to be honest. It's quite dumb, for a character that is mean to be taken seriously. There is even some runs that *heavily implie* that Death isn't real, but part of Thanos psycosis.
But I honestly believe he never actually cursed Deadpool. Is more of a fan theory.
Like yeah, he "says" it. But never shows how he did it, nobody talks about it. Later T-Ray "resurrects" Deadpool by basically cloning him. So I think Thanos was just being poetic when talked about the Curse, but there never was an actual Curse.
Like, Thanos dosn't has that power, he never did that again with nobody else.
Imagine how everyone who sought immortality through many trials, tribulations, grandiose adventures and thorough research in ancient knowledge. How prideful, if not obsessed you'd have to be trying to cheat death.
Then these same people's look on their faces when they find out Deadpool was given it not as favor from some mighty God or devil, not as some curse from an enemy to make him suffer outlining everyone he knows...
But because Thanos got jealous of Deadpool's relationship with Lady Death.

Movie Deadpool is different from comic Deadpool in all fairness if comic Deadpool put one the collar and it killed him then her would stay dead unlike movie Deadpool who's healing factor is his own and not borrowed by having wolverine's special juice all up inside him

Gamma radiation only slows his healing factor because it is constant damage so his healing has to heal that and wounds it works on every healing factor but since his is really good it isn’t too much of a negative and also he’s actively tried to fight the hulk to end it and it didn’t go his way because he lived.
It's only that good because it came from wolverine but the problem with Deadpool's is if you remove the cancer then he just explodes because his cancer is keeping the healing factor in check
Last one is kinda true but curses can't be undone, Deadpool can't die he is unkillable
Deadpools healing factor isnt healing at all, he regenerates because dead cancerous cells keep replacing eachother rapidly. He is already dead, sort off. So when gamma radiation comes in contact with him his cancer died but so does his regenerated cells. Chemo would have the same effect over long period of time.
It’s literally healing, sure it’s healing things you don’t want healed but it’s still healing. He also isn’t really dead in any sense, not physically or mentally

The Hulk absorbed and used Gamma but is not a radiator of Gamma. Gamma radiation does not leak from the Hulk either. If he a Gamma radiator was every non-mutant would die around the Hulk.
Thanos cursed Wade but Thanos does not have the power to cancel or uncurse Wade. And Cows is a joke he played on a friend but continues for the fourth-wall audience.

the second weakness about cows randomly gets quieter, so the videos audio might have gotten a bit botched in editing
In order to kill Deadpool once and for all he has to be Destroyed on a Cellular level and even then every single cell has to be destroyed also. His immortality will not heal from even that.

Didn't you forget Deadpool's truly most relatable weakness? He is unable to make himself slice and dice kittens, which could be used in a trap to make Deadpool unable to fight.
And I think anyone on the Internet that's seen a cute cat video would find this highly relatable.
Also, Deadpool and I would both have a fear of species farm animals (as I have a fear of horses - the most intelligent farm creatures that can trample you to death for fun), so if we traded which ones we'd fight, that could work....

So the Thanos thing is kinda wrong? It's not that Wade was still "unkillable" before the curse, what would happen is that he'd die then come back due to the regenerative abilities, it's why Death was so interested in him, he would only be around for a bit but be pulled back to life not long after. basically, Death is only getting a taste, only to lose it in a few seconds.
Thanos, jealous of Death only giving attention to Deadpool, made Deadpool immortal so that he couldn't meet with Death after being "killed". The immortality was removed later on, so Deadpool is no longer immortal, but still nothing changes cause he'll just come back to life anyway.

I guess you haven't heard that curse of immortality was removed at the end of The Run where Thanos and Deadpool teamed up. Deadpool is killable and has been stated in comics if he has his head cut off for more than 12 to 15 minutes he will permanently die
