Well yeah. The fact they just give rewards to everyone is a bit dumb because when these kids believe they will get rewards for anything and later face the real world where just existing is not rewarding and effort needs to be put they can't handle it.

@@m.hoffman2889 Yet nowadays so many kids get awards for just participating and no one ever loses. So this overall does harm both ways those that perform good start to wonder why try even and those that perform worse start thinking everyhing will be given to them for granted later on and when they grow up and understand that is not how the world works they start to play the victim. Overall it harms everyone even those that perform well.
