Tampa has a teen shooter problem. It's not an isolated incident. It's becoming the norm in that city. People need realize their city administration is more worried about optics and word choices than targeting their crime problem.

It's not very hard as a parent to go in there room and simply say I'm checking your room and you can't do nothing about if they are under 18 they are by law (your responsibility) why where they not in school from what a witness said they where all teens and a cop should have approached them and asked what they are doing and by law as a minor can be id and searched and took to juvenile detention till there parents came and got them .. I been to juvenile detention I went to school right over the river at Blake and got caught skipping at the park right on the river when it happened I had a choice from my parents start working or stay In school and deal with it
