Any officer that is any good doesnt get hooked no matter what the person says or how they speak. They neutrally ideally just focus on determining whether an infraction was committed or not and determine whether an arrest is necessary.

Ya I completely agree. I think that in some cases things can be helpful for realizing when you have issues, but like, I have PTSD, and it sucks. People just go around using every label they can now and it takes away from the fact that we are actually struggling. The only thing that I was helped with was figuring out I was autistic. I already thought I was but hearing other people's experiences helped me. Personally it's hard for me to think or say I might have something for fear of people thinking I'm just seeking attention, that's why I was told as a child, so I needed RUclips and videos to see that there are other people like me who have autism and have hid it most of their lives. Those videos help the few people that actually have issues, but the issue is everyone else who doesn't have issues also watches them and then takes on all the labels

5:42 I'm not sure what state this happened in, but in many states people with mental issues are not allowed to be licensed to drive. So, officer should have asked about that as it would establish that she is mentally fit to drive, and pin down the DUI.

5:42 I'm not sure what state this happened in, but in many states people with mental issues are not allowed to be licensed to drive. So, officer should have asked about that as it would establish that she is mentally fit to drive, and pin down the DUI.

I am a female. I have my picture up on X. You can clearly tell I’m a woman. Anytime I am arguing with someone that refers to me as she/her and they look clearly like a woman and have their pronouns listed in their bio as she/her (so redundant), I immediately call them a bigot for assuming my pronouns were she/her because they are not listed in my bio 😅 then I tell them my pronouns are USA/USA and ask them to please be respectful and inclusive when referring to me. It gets them every time 😅
In her defense, my anxiety definitely ramps up when I've been drinking and I see lights pop on behind me, so I get it. 😂

And that's the wrong definition for being triggered. Little known fact but most people cannot become instantly triggered. For me it can take up to a couple of weeks for it to kick in. That is part of the problem people have diagnosing it

Someone close to me has a pretty bad case of ptsd, and those initials have never left his mouth in my presence.
As a society we should be terrified that these types of people are among us. They can also hold any position in life, even your doctor, babysitter, lawyer etc.
They obviously need help, and the services to help them mentally were defunded 40+ years ago.
