Definitely change water every 2 weeks and add in fresh tap + A&B + hydrogen peroxide (3mL per gallon) 😄

Bonjour !

Bonjour!
Hi! Crassula Ovata may be tough for LECA because it is a succulent. But if you do try it, maybe mix in perlite with the leca. Keep the water level just at the tips of the roots. Do not submerge the roots too much in water! Hope this helps!

Is there an age of the plant where this 3% hydroperoxide is harmfull? Would you treat cuttlings with it?

It should be diluted if directly applied to new tissue (roots/leaves/shoots). But a few mL per gallon of water shouldn’t be an issue!

Hi! I have liquid oxigen with 11.9% of hydrogen peroxide. How much water should I add to make 3% of HP? And can I soak root as well before repotting my plant please?

drill a hole in your Glass vase, much easier

Sorry but youre not making the water “sterile” by adding hydrogen peroxide. Even if you could, the plant and vase aren’t sterile…..

Correct! Apologies if I misspoke. H202 is first and foremost adding additional dissolved oxygen to the water. And it should be killing off a fraction of the life in the water, but NOT sterilizing it. When I’m doing tissue culture, I sterilize containers/tool in autoclave, use distilled water, and sterilize plant material with alcohol and bleach. And if no life grows on the media, THAT is sterile 😄
